Amazing Clean Centrally Located Suite with great food options for Family of 5 and Our Pet Likes: I love the fact that the suite we stayed in was affordable for my family of 5 and our dog. The suite we stayed in was well staged and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am planning to return with my family this summer and hopefully we can book the same suite. Dislikes: N/A

I had a great time at the Mint House, me and my wife had a comfortable stay. It had a lot of great restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. The host explained everything well, and it was a beautiful stay!

The room was exceptionally spacious and incredibly comfortable. If you’re near the financial district, I highly recommend staying here.

Heads up- if you're booking from hotels.com and think you're getting a view, you're not. The front desk said no rooms have views. Absolutely everything else was great. Huge rooms with every amenity. Great location. Even the queen sofa was comfortable. Lots to do within walking distance and easy to get to from Penn Station. I'd stay here again!

Geen standaard hotelkamer, maar een ruim appartement met een grote keuken en eethoek. Alles was netjes en schoon, met comfortabele bedden en luxe bedlinnen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het inchecken verliep vlot. In het gebouw vind je handige extra’s zoals een fitnessruimte, een supermarkt en een koffiebar. The absolute best stay I've had through Airbnb. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was beautiful and clean. Communication with staff was easy and proactive. Will definitely stay here again!

We had to change our reservation and cancel the last night of our stay. We were told when we checked in that we could get a refund on our last night despite booking through hotels.com. When hotels.com tried to work with us to obtain the refund that was promised, Mint House refused to honor the word. The facility is nice, rooms are clean but customer service could use some work.

Huge room, excellent location, great staff! The apartment rental was super clean and very peaceful. We cooked multiple meals in the spacious kitchen. We will definitely be staying here again. The next time we make our way to New York.

My wife and enjoyed the extra room our unit offered. The extra bathroom was a major plus. However the air conditioning system is not great and very noisy. The bedding was very hot and there were no blanket alternatives available in our room. The water temperature in my shower went from Luke warm to very hot every 50 seconds. Bathtub bottom was very slippery and I fell a couple times while showering.

Mixed feelings The hotel is really well located for multiple subway lines and was easy to find on arrival in the area. Front desk was friendly every time we had cause to go there. There are plenty of options for food/drink locally, including supermarkets. Bed itself was big and comfy but the pillows were universally soft with no support and the pull out bed was squeaky. On cleanliness/housekeeping: we put two toiletries bags up on top of the bathroom wall units and soon found the dust was thick on top of them, I doubt any cleaning has been done up there for a long time! Used bathrobe was not replaced, bin liner not replaced either. AC was hit and miss, we did speak to reception about it once and someone was sent up but the system didn't seem to work well overnight. Kitchen area was well equipped and a big bonus and it would be the draw to get us to stay again. Bathroom was fine but don't love shower curtains. Bathroom felt functional but basic and not a luxury hotel experience. Biggest let down for us was layout. There is an insane amount of closet space/generally wasted space. The seating area with the pull out bed faced a blank white wall in the middle of the apartment, there would really be almost no reason to relax/sit there. To watch TV you'd have to go to the bed/kitchen area and sit on the bed. There was one chair plus the sofa bed for an apartment that should sleep 4 (we were only 2 though). The apartment was dark but location doesn't help with that.

This is our second stay at the Ming House, we love the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Very clean hotel in the heart of the Financial District. Our studio unit was very specious and comfortable. Entrance for lines 2&3 subway is meters away from the entrance. Good option in New York

I really enjoyed my stay here ! Staff is really polite, helpful and nice. The building is amazing. Our appartment was super cozy, especially the bed. I usually don t sleep well when I travel but the matress and the blanket made me feel like I was in a cloud. We wish we can come back here !

Il est très spacieux, ce qui est un vrai plus. Malheureusement, la climatisation de la chambre à coucher ne fonctionnait pas pendant mon séjour. Le personnel a tenté à plusieurs reprises de la réparer, sans succès. On m’a proposé de changer d’appartement, mais cela ne me convenait pas. Le personnel a été très aimable, à l’écoute et réactif, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. En revanche, un effort supplémentaire sur la propreté serait bienvenu : les toilettes n’ont pas été nettoyées durant tout mon séjour, et l’appartement aurait mérité un meilleur rafraîchissement général. Je recommande malgré tout cette location pour sa localisation et la gentillesse du personnel, en espérant que ces petits désagréments seront corrigés à l’avenir.
