Ottimo Hotel in posizione strategica. Likes: Ottima posizione. La camera molto ampia e pulita. Il personale gentile, preciso. Dislikes: In bagno aggiungerei qualche appoggio. Forse si potrebbe migliorare l'insonorizzazione rispetto la strada.

Overall, the space was gorgeous and the check in process was fairly simple. The major downside of this experience was the last minute change to this reservation. I booked a suite in order to accommodate 5 people in one unit, rather than separate hotel rooms. We all traveled to be together. The day before our reservation, I received a very brief message explaining that due to the previous guests, the suite we reserved was no longer available. The host accommodated our party with two separate rooms, which again were great. The entire point of renting out the suite was to be able to spend our time all together. It was inconvenient to be in two separate spaces, and took away from our overall experience. It was not what we paid for.

Very comfortable stay.

Visited with two friends and was completely blown away by the size of our room. Great layout of the apartment. The kitchen with fridge and kitchen isle made hanging out in the room a great alternative when we didnt feel like going out. Location was OK with grocery store, bars and restaurants close by. Communications were great with subway and bus stops in every direction. Friendly and helpful straff. We booked about 3 months in advance and still got a great deal. 5/5 would recommend.

We had the most amazing stay. From the moment we walked in, David at the front desk made us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our room was absolutely phenomenal… beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable! The location was perfect and made it so easy to explore. The coffee shop downstairs was such a treat. The best way to start the day! We seriously can’t wait to come back. Huge thanks to David and the entire team for making our stay so special.

Great property! Kitchen was beautiful and there was a market downstairs to buy groceries. Tons of great food options and easy subway ride everywhere

Fabulous hotel - perfect if you want to stay in the Financial District Likes: Well appointed kitchen. Huge room. Comfortable bed. WiFi and other electronics worked well. Staff was efficient and professional Dislikes: I don't love being downtown but as far as location goes it was fine if you don't mind being in the Financial District.

I had a great stay here! the room was bigger than any other NYC hotel room i have ever stayed at! and with a kitchen! the only thing i didnt like was the code system for the elevator and doors, but not enough to take a star away!

From January 30 to February 8, we enjoyed an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Financial District, making it easy to explore Lower Manhattan while also being well-connected to subway stations for access to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is lively but not too noisy, offering a great balance between convenience and comfort. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. The smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and stylish decor added to the luxury feel. One of the best aspects of our stay was the service. The staff was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. We appreciated the seamless check-in process and the overall attention to detail. Another major plus is the building amenities—having a high-quality grocery store, a fitness center, and restaurants right inside the building made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Mint House at 70 Pine and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC. It’s a perfect choice for those who want a comfortable, stylish, and well-located stay in the city. Roof top Our stay was fine the only think I would say it would have been nice to see and have a drink in the roof top bar however you couldn’t just go there you had to book which we didn’t know wasn’t the end of the world but it would have been nice

Visited NY for the Davis vs. Roach fight and my friends and I had the best time. The property doesn’t look like a hotel it looks like an office building. Mint 70 was amazing! The room was immaculate and was the same size as my apartment. We loved how spacious it was. So clean and chic and TaLia at the front desk was so friendly, welcoming and pleasant! I will forever stay at Mint 70 and can’t wait to stay at the DC property when it arrives. Ten stars!

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff and a great location for FIDI Likes: Great location, close to subway stations and Seaport restaurants. High end furnishings, linens and toiletries. Great size with full kitchen facilities. Dislikes: The room was a little dark. The code that needed to be inputted to use the lift and unlock the room was a little tedious

Omg amazing service !! The people at reception were super lovely and helpful. The place is definitely much bigger than the pictures show it was a nice surprise. Loved everything felt right at home. So many kitchen supplies really loved that. Would definitely come again !!

Stay here! The rooms are spacious and clean! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The financial district has more things to do than you think! World Trade Center, Oculus, shopping, restaurants, and surprisingly roof top bars, all within walking distance from Mint House. We had A GREAT TIME!!🥰🥰🥰

Everything was amazing

Great value for money with huge rooms and very pleasant staff. Dislikes: The oven did not work well - and I cook a lot so that was disappointing.

Large rooms in Manhattan, very tastefully done... loved it Likes: Right next to wall-street, location was fantastic. Loved the room - really tastefully done, huge space (considering this is in manhattan), felt really comfortable overall. Excellent gym at the basement. Service staff was great. Overall - lovely place, will stay again for sure, in future. Dislikes: Nothing comes to mind really... fantastic place...

Ideal location & great accommodation. Likes: Excellent location, ideally located for subway, restaurants etc. but fully equipped if wish to self cater with shops in close walking distance. Try the Wholefoods store, much cheaper than the shop on the building. The view from the rooftop bar, Overstory, is breathtaking at night. Short walk to the 9/11 museum, One World Tower, Brooklyn Bridge and the boat to Liberty & Ellis Island whilst being a super easy subway trip uptown to Times Square, 5th Ave etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again both for ideal location (quieter than mid/uptown, literally just off Wall Street) and accommodation standard. Well equipped, comfy beds (including the sofa bed in the lounge) & brilliant reception staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Shout out to David who helped sort out a glitch on our city pass ability to book plus a restaurant booking when our phone wouldn't work & who was always cheerful & welcoming & Tali was lovely too.
