This is a great space for families. It is really nice to have a full kitchen. The records were relaxing and fun. The building is really cool art deco. Wish we would have been able to check out the view (you have to make reservations at an ultra-exclusive restaurant). You only get access to one bank of elevators - everything else is restricted. But overall, a great value, safe, convenient to train station

Left an incredibly horrible VRBO in NYC to check into this beautiful Mint apartment. We found it to be perfect

Night before a cruise Likes: Malik at the front desk was great. Mattress was the best hotel mattress I have slept on in a long time and I am never happy with mattresses. We were there for a one night stay before a cruise out of Brooklyn. Easy walk to food. Several food options in the building which we did not attend so I cannot comment on them. Easy walk to the Wall St ferry stop to go over to the cruise terminal. We would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity. Dislikes: Can't think of anything.

From the moment we arrived, our family was met with welcoming, helpful, and kind staff. All concerns (trouble closing the washing machine door - just needed to ouch harder) and requests (towels late at night) we're met with efficiency and a can-do attitude. 10/10 highly recommend.

Likes: We had a two bedroom apartment which was well kitted out and had plenty of space. The rooms are spread over six floors of an art deco building off Wall Street, a great location if you need to be in this part of the city. Highly recommended. Dislikes: The warren of corridors was somewhat disorientating, and the lighting in the bedrooms very subtle, no good for doing make-up.

Great apartment studio with nice bed, modern kitchen and very good access to groceries and subway. Likes: If you don't mind relying on the subway for practically everything, 70 Pine is a GREAT place to stay in Manhattan. The room we had was ridiculously larger and more modern than any other hotel I've stayed in NYC at comparable rates. That is because it's really an apartment, with a fully operational (and up-to-date) kitchen; gym, grocery/market and quick foods on the basement; restaurants (including Michelin-starred places) at ground level, and a subway (red line) literally across the street. This place is unbeatable. Dislikes: Why only 1 chair around the drink/coffee stand? We had to constantly drag a kitchen chair to be able to, as a couple, enjoy a glass of wine after a long day in the city. Room space was not the issue - I'd suggest you improve the seating area just a little, adding a 2nd chair or replacing it with a small couch. Also, and it may sound a little absurd, but the fact is that you don't have a quick & easy way to organize the in-use items in the bathroom. It lacks an open shelf of some sort - it is an endless open/close of mirrored doors to reach the toilet cabinets. So sometimes we ended up using the top of the toilet tank, which is not really a good alternative.

This was was perfect for our family of 3 + and infant. It was much more spacious than we anticipated. We really enjoyed the walkability to lots of nearby attractions including Battery Park, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, and the Brooklyn Bridge. I would love to come back someday and have already pointed several friends and family members towards this wonderful building for their next trip!

It was perfect. Likes: The apartment was great - we were in a 1 bedroom studio with living room and spacious kitchen and one bath. Super clean, super spacious, modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is awesome - close to restaurants, walking distance to sights, several subway stations close by.

Wir waren als Familie da. 2 Teenies und 2 Erwachsene. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt und einCafé mit gutem Kaffee. Die Brooklin Bridge ist ebenso wie das 9/11 gut zu Fuss errichbar. Es gibt einen Whole Food in der Nähe mit Salatbbar & Bäckerei. Direkt gegen über dem Hoteleingang ist die U-Bahn Station Wall Street. Der Putzservice fragt' Was er machen soll. zb gibt's Kaffee/ Zewa/ Seifen Handtücher täglich frisch. Mülleimer werden geleert. Betten gemacht. Man kann aber auch ein Schild raushängen' wenn man keinen Service möchte. Das Mint House ist toll. Wir würden es empfehlen. Dankeschön an das Team vom Minthouse!

This Airbnb is located right in the heart of the financial district. As soon as you get off the subway stop in Wall Street you'll find yourself surrounded by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Trump Building, within the spectacular architectural style of FiDi. Mint House is not far from there, being a shared building with, amongst others, a Michelin Star Restaurant. The apartment itself is quite large, with one bathroom an open space kitchen and living room with an extensible sofa, a TV, sound system, pick-up with vynil records, and very nicely decorated. The rooms have confortable king/queen size beds with housekeeping assured daily. The only issue, from a European perspective, is the low light level in the bedrooms. There is plenty of storage space for all your luggage and clothes. Washing and drying is possible, with appliances in the suite and detergent being provided. Staff is welcoming and accommodates all requests with expedience. Overall, I could recommend this location.

The room was big. Kitchen was pretty great (though I'm not crazy about electric stoves - induction would've been better if they couldn't have gas.) Cleanest room. You could've performed operations in there. I had work to do s I pretty much stayed in my roof. But there's a VERY popular 1 Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs and a market (City Acres Market). Oh, and the building itself is a big beautifully preserved (or re done) art deco building. It felt brand news. Bathroom was small, functional, very clean and nice, but if they skimped on anything it was the bathroom. No counter space, but ample room on the little shelves behind the mirrors. Dining options are strong during the week, but many close up for the weekend.

I’ve stayed at Mint House a couple times now and it definitely holds a special place in my heart. The rooms are similar to mini apartments, with especially comfortable beds, bedding, and pillows. The rooms also have kitchenettes, a couch, a small dining / work table, what you need to make great coffee, solid bathrooms … all great for a multi-day stay (unless you’re looking for a great view of the city from your room … I haven’t stayed in a room there that had that yet). And, the last time I stayed, I presented a concern and Robert promptly made it right without my even asking, which was much appreciated. ☺️ I’d highly recommend Mint House, especially if you care about bed and bathroom comfort.
