10/10 Exceptional
To be very honest in this review I have to say, the hotel staff is extremely accommodating and very helpful to any request or changes you might have, they did wonders for me and won my loyalty for my next stay in NYC. This is by far the biggest and nicest room you’ll get within Fidi, and definitely pics do not do justice to what it’s like in person. Ariel and Clarissa really helped me out in picking a great room, staff, room, everything was 10/10.
