Unmatched Hospitality and an Incredible View My stay at the Mint House blew my expectations out of the water. My girlfriend and I came to Dallas for the weekend to see a Stars game as a birthday gift to her, and anniversary weekend for us. While booking the room I was prompted to specify any occasion for the trip, so I said the occasion as birthday/anniversary. I was also prompted for any requests and given the occasion I said a bottle of champagne, not thinking for a second that it would actually happen. When we walked in, not only was there a bottle of champagne, but also a Happy Birthday balloon, handwritten card, rose petals on the floor and bed, and petals in the shape of a heart on the bed. It was unbelievable and made for a fantastic surprise (for both of us!) I don't know another property that would do something like that for a guest, and it really made us feel welcomed and celebrated. The location was great, close to all things we needed. The atmosphere in the room with the view and furnishing can't be beat; being on the 49th floor entirely changes the atmosphere in a great way. We reserved a corner room so we had a full panoramic view which was really cool. The value for the stay with the level of hospitality we received was amazing. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were both great. The noise from the city and streets is not very noticeable being that high up, except for the occasional siren. The only other noise was the sound of the blinds chain from the tenants on the 50th floor. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience and we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Place was very nice and clean. Didn’t realize it’s in the top floor! All comms was through AI which I found a little annoying because I really needed an early check in and kept asking. Overall very nice place top floor no windows open.

The apartment was just what we wanted / needed! Extremely spacious, centrally located and unbeatable for the price. We came to Dallas with our son, so having separate bedrooms with a shared living space was important to us .. the same amount of space and accommodations at any hotel would have run us three times more. Hosts incredibly responsive and quick! Our iron wasn't working well and after texting the hosts, a new iron was provided quickly. Would come back!

Great for downtown exploring!

Stayed here while in town for Dallas Stars hockey game. It was very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

The bad thing I have to say is a ran out in front of me and we were on the 48th floor, but just one that I saw. I’m just not a fan of bugs at all.

Great stay! Beautiful view but was noisy during the recent wind storm. That’s normal for 49 stories up! Def recommend and will stay again.

This was perfect for our stay. Loved having access to the Tower Club for cocktails at night and the Parterre cafe for coffee in the morning! Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was super amazing, I had to get use to the virtual part but they answer and help! I will be staying there again when I go back to Dallas, the room was perfect, clean oh and they had washer and dryer in the unit i was in.

A wonderful apartment in a superb location and….the view was amazing! We will book again!

Room is very clean, property is very clean. Have to pay for paddling separately and the fire alarm was set off for the first to how’s so we were stuck in the lobby because the rooms are all on the 49th and 50th floor. The elevator system is very confusing at first since it is all an online check in system so there is no one to ask unless you call the help number. As far as the room it was very well kept and had a beautiful view. Right in downtown so it was a fun walking area for breakfast the next morning but that parking fee adds up quick so be aware of that.

Everything was top notch, from customer service to the cleanliness of our room. Parking was easy and convenient. Rooms are spacious with many unexpected amenities including a microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, even flatware and tableware. The bathroom and shower were spotless. The view was gorgeous at night and lovely to wake up to in the morning. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we are in Dallas!

Great location to night life and eateries. My wife and daughter and I went to the Majestic Theater and chose this property based on walking distance to the theater and restaurants in the area. There was initial confusion with time of arrival. We arrived for a 3p checkin as this was stated as the checkin time on the AirBnB website, however, the email stated 4p. A quick call cleared up the matter and we were allowed to checkin at the stated AirBnB time. The matter was handled quickly and efficiently by Kasa staff and was greatly appreciated. Communication is outstanding with this company. The property is well managed, extremely clean, and peaceful for a downtown location. It is a beautiful place to stay, especially with the views if the city from the 50th floor which are spectacular! The beds were super-comfy and I slept like a baby! The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook or bring take-out to eat. Thank you Kasa

This was a great place with an amazing view! It was a little tricky to get inside since you had to take several elevators, but the instructions given were spot on!

The hotel is great and I will stay again if I can guarantee a room that is not above the party lounge. Likes: Property is clean, rooms are spacious and location is great! It was very easy to check in and out Dislikes: Unfortunately there is a party room directly under some of the rooms and because of that on Friday we were up until 2am with very loud music under our room

Check in was difficult due to third party reservation, but the room and the views were great.

Likes: The property itself is beautiful, but the actual third-party booking agency sucks. It was a nightmare, and it was so confusing. They canceled my reservation without any explanation and then when I was asked why they blew me off like I was nothing. I definitely will not ever stay at this property ever again, I have stayed here several times and it is a very nice property, but the third-party is really a problem. It’s just too much confusion so I would not be a suggestion that I would make to anyone that I know.

We stayed at the mint house for five days while in town for a friend's wedding I would definitely recommend the mint house for anybody who is looking to stay the only reason that I'm going to be giving it 4 stars is because I would really have liked it if their bike rental system worked. Now I understand this is an issue with Zybra not with Kasa or Mint House but it does reflect poorly on them. I had the Zybra app installed and I tried it every single day I was there none of the times did it work to unlock the bikes. But I'm not trying to have this review entirely focused on the negatives, the positives is it's in an absolutely amazing location in St Pete's and it's close enough to some various lime bikes and scooters that you can get around like if you need to get downtown or go on the Pinellas Trail. Also the people that work there are super responsive to the texts and they brought up some things like various items we needed toilet paper and even things that were already in the apartment I was just too stupid to find like coffee Creamer. Well I did initially that the apartment style living is mostly a gimmick, but there were a lot of things that were available that aren't available on a normal hotel room that genuinely did make our stay better so I would say it is a little bit of a gimmick but ultimately I did like that they had like you know a somewhat furnished somewhat apartment style room. So yeah I'm really hoping that the people here see this review and fix whatever's going on with the bike rental system but other than that, I was really happy and I'll definitely be staying here again it's a phenomenal location better than the other places I've stayed in St Pete's. But yeah the Zybra app straight up just does not work whatsoever.
