For the lion's share of the last 20 years I have lived within a 1 mile radius from here and believe I have lived in some of the nicest buildings in the area, but Maple Terrace Residences knocks them all out of the park. Apart from the location, amenities and impeccable finish-outs, the personnel make this place. From end-end (Jacob above and beyond as well as Zach and others), to the concierges Marie and the amazing people in the building, I whole-heartedly recommend staying here as long as you can!

Great place with an awesome view

The view was unexplainable.

Likes: Room was great, check-in experience was better than expected, the staff was very helpful in getting us into our room. Parking situation was explained very thoroughly and went smoothly. Very spacious bathroom, bed was comfortable. View from room was very cool at night. Dislikes: Very noisy all night long due to proximity to lounge area. I wasn't expecting the continued noise levels well into the early morning (3 AM). I would recommend establishing some sort of quiet hours- I understand it being the weekend people want to enjoy themselves but it made it very difficult to sleep.

Mixed review. It’s definitely not a hotel, more like an Airbnb. It was an experience finding parking and finding the room. So many key pads, so many elevators, so many codes…. It was like playing an escape room to find and enter the room. But the room was nice, clean, and big. And the view was gorgeous. But it does take like 20 minutes to park and enter the room and quite some time to leave too.

The Mint House was amazing!! We went for one night and it was above our expectations. We were able to walk to dinner and enjoyed the amenities so much! The view was our favorite! So beautiful!!

It's important to know that the whole checkin is online, so it's good to learn more before you head to the hotel. That said, the room was great/clean, the amenities such as washer and dryer were wonderful. It was a comfortable stay and the club restaurant was great. Staff at the restaurant were top notch.

It was not the best stay. Likes: Room was nice and comfortable Dislikes: The iron in the room put dark brown all over my husbands shirt and he had to wear another to the event we were going to. We got stuck in the elevator. In the middle of the night, there was a very loud scratching noise like an animal was in the air conditioner vent. It woke us up fast and we hurry and put a light on because it sounded like it was in our room.

Likes: i Dislikes: i didn't like the instructions they were kinda of unclear on check in and in the room we should have the availability of the restaurants and different amenities in the hotel. Also i know the room was for more modern but it would be nice if the plugs were updated to fit type c chargers and adapters as the world of technology is evolving.

Great views

Mint House is located on 2 floors (49th and 50th) of the Santander Tower, which ofc is incredible because you get such pretty views of downtown! There is no front desk for the hotel but you get thorough instructions upon reservation on how to reach the floors and your room. When we arrived on a random Thurs afternoon, we can come across a hotel employee on-site so supposably you can reach someone! (I was not the one who made the reservation.) We booked a 1 king bed room and it was essentially a studio apartment (which makes sense given the nature of the building being commercial and residential). You open the door, there's a narrow hallway with the bathroom, the bedroom with sliding doors, the kitchen, and the living room. The interior and decor was modern and minimalist. It was simple and pretty. You will find your key card for the room hangs on a hook right on the front door when you close it. So you're ready to unpack, settle, and head out for your Dallas adventures!

The experience was great especially for the price! Felt like a luxury hotel for an affordable price. Lots of restaurants and things to do around the area. Definitely would recommend.

We live in Dallas, this will be our newest go to when we need a little staycation. The views are amazing, very spacious and private. Takes 3 elevators to get to the room but as long as you follow the Mint house signs throughout the building you will be fine. Screenshot any access codes to your phone because in some areas especially the parking garage or in the hallways, signal will be lost

Stay Here! Highly recommend this amazing hotel for your downtown Dallas excursions! This hotel is literally within walking distance to many Dallas eateries and activities. The view from the 49th floor was incredible. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely book this hotel for my next downtown Dallas trip with my hubby.

Sleek Sophisticated Room it was difficult to get in as it was an office building i think so you need someone to get you in the building, the elevator and only when you are given access then can you easily go in and out. but when you are just about to check-in and at night at that can be a tad difficult. But the room's interior was just super sleek and sophisticated. It was cozy and functional. The bathroom was nice too. Don't get me started with the view as well. I will definitely book that hotel again if we go back to Dallas. It was also in close to convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

Great hotel, beautiful views… The hotel was very nice. Immediately, upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk and given directions on how to access the elevators. Once we entered the room we were very much impressed by how beautiful the room was and the view from the windows, the corner two bedroom suite was equipped with a washer and dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the location as Downtown Dallas is very walkable and full of things to do. The kitchen was equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave, very convenient and called saving amenities for traveling families. The only issues that I had with the room were the beds and television. The beds were a little uncomfortable for my liking, and the pillows were very soft and I prefer a firmer pillow when my head doesn’t sink to the bottom immediately. Also, the television has a horrible WiFi connection causing delays when watching or using apps. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying again but this time I’ll bring my own pillows.

ساكرر التجربة Likes: إشارةً إلى فترة إقامتي لديكم والتي امتدت لمدة (29) ليلة، أود الإفادة بتقييمي للتجربة بكل مهنية وموضوعية. عند الوصول كانت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول سريعة ومنظمة، وتم تخصيص وحدة لي في الدور الخمسين. وبعد استقرارنا وترتيب الأمتعة داخل الشقة، فوجئنا بقيام أحد النزلاء بفتح باب الوحدة نتيجة خطأ صادر عن قسم الاستقبال، وهو أمر سبب لنا انزعاجاً بالغاً لكونه يمس خصوصية وأمن النزلاء. وفي وقت متأخر من ذات الليلة، حضر اثنان من أفراد الأمن إلى باب الشقة وقاما بمحاولة فتحه دون استئذان وبأسلوب غير لائق، رغم أن الباب كان مؤمناً ولم يتمكنا من الدخول. كما قاما بطرق الباب ورفع الصوت بطريقة أدت إلى إيقاظنا من النوم، وعند مقابلتهما قاما بتصويري بهواتفهما وطلب إثبات الهوية بأسلوب افتقر إلى المهنية، مما أشعرني بعدم الارتياح الشديد وكأنني في موضع اشتباه. وقد بلغ بي الاستياء حد التفكير الجدي في مغادرة الفندق. في اليوم التالي، حضر مسؤول النظافة السيد جاك، وكان في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وقدم اعتذاراً واضحاً عما بدر من أفراد الأمن، كما بادر بتقديم خدمة تنظيف مجانية لمرتين تعويضاً عما حدث. وفي اليوم الخامس تقريباً تعطلت غسالة الأطباق، وتم التعامل مع الأمر بمهنية من خلال نقلنا إلى وحدة أخرى، مع تقديم المساعدة الكاملة في إعادة الترتيب. وفي اليوم العشرين تقريباً، تفضل مدير الفندق بزيارتنا في الوحدة، وأبدى اهتماماً مباشراً بالاطمئنان على مستوى الخدمة، كما قدم خدمة تنظيف إضافية دون مقابل (علماً بأن تكلفة الخدمة تبلغ 65 دولاراً)، وهو ما يعكس حرص الإدارة على معالجة الملاحظات وتعزيز رضا النزلاء. وخلاصة التقييم: رغم جسامة الخطأ الأولي من قبل أفراد الأمن، إلا أن تعامل الإدارة اللاحق، والاعتذار العملي، والخدمات التعويضية المقدمة، أسهمت في احتواء الموقف وإعادة الثقة. وبناءً عليه، فإنني أعد التجربة إيجابية في مجملها، مع التوصية بضرورة تعزيز الإجراءات الأمنية بما يحفظ خصوصية النزلاء مستقبلاً. وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الاحترام والتقدير. The Mint House isn’t a single apartment but an entire floor of units. The check‑in instructions didn’t include our apartment number, so we didn’t know it until reaching the 50th floor and having to call. Communication from Kasa came through email, text, and the Airbnb app, but the information wasn’t consistent—some details were emailed, others sent via text with a link to a virtual front desk. It was confusing on arrival, especially since I had the door code but not the apartment number. The instructions also never mentioned that parking is only allowed on floors 4–6; we learned this after unloading and going to the front desk. Overall, the place was clean and fine for a one‑night stay, and it was cheaper than booking two hotel rooms. The street noise was noticeable even on the 50th floor.

am extremely disappointed with my experience. This property was represented on Expedia as an apartment hotel, and Google Maps lists it as a 5-star hotel. Based on that representation, I booked and paid for two nights expecting legitimate hotel accommodations. Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that this is not a hotel as advertised. The property does not match the description or classification presented online. The listing is materially misleading and constitutes a serious misrepresentation of services. Due to this misrepresentation and my immediate disappointment, I left the premises without even parking or checking in. I am formally requesting a full refund of my booking cost. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue appropriate consumer protection and legal remedies for deceptive and misleading business practices. I expect a timely resolution.

1st time here spending with the Mint House. Didn’t really interact with customer service too much but everything has great instructions of how to get access of the hotels, room, and club tower. Recommend to check out the club tower AMAZING VIEWS! Enough towels, bathrooms pretty, and views from room amazing as well!

The room was extremely well maintained and staff was very friendly. The views from the 49th floor is an experience everyone should have. The stay is procedural but once I paid close attention it became easy as pie.

We will stay again. The city scape view was wonderful and thought provoking. Courteous and attentive staff , laid back atmosphere and the best hotel gym yet.

Great location and great views of the city Great location, right in the heart of downtown Dallas. Nice room, great view, and easy check in/check out process. The hotel is the top 2 floors of a high rise building. Take the elevators to the 48th floor and switch to another set of elevators to the 49the floor. That’s the only confusing part.

Very cool place. I just wish they had a pool. Great location, clean, tons of room. The view is spectacular. Our room had a small kitchen. Its the beat place I've stayed in a long time.

Always an enjoyable experience. Likes: I was pleasantly surprised that the rate I received on Booking.com was so low. It's always a safe space for me to commute back to after a night out with colleagues. Dislikes: I had asked 3 different staff members how to get to Main Street. None of them could tell me. I asked the same 3 if they knew where Hampton Social was....none of them heard of it. I walked all the way around 2 blocks to finally arrive at my destination. Which was across the street from the Eyeball. Literally a 3-minute walk that took me close to 20. Also, there was only 1 bag of regular coffee in the room, no stirrers. And then the coffee pot didn't even brew the coffee on day 2.
