10/10 Exceptional
We stayed one night, a Saturday night, and had no serious issues. Wi-Fi got slow and unreliable late at night, but ultimately still worked in the end, not a big deal for me. View is amazing. Every interaction with staff was helpful and effective; no problems with staff. Has no
issues with the technology (the keypad for your code or the key fob). Room was clean, bed was comfortable enough. You always take a chance with hotel beds, because only your own bed feels just right, but the bed in our room was ok. Only stayed one night so didn't really access any of the amenities, so no report there. Parking was a little expensive, but it's downtown, so good luck finding "cheap" parking anywhere. Overall, a good stay. Would stay there again.
