Wonderful stay...If they work on the confusing check in process
It would have been 5/5 if I would have received some instructions on how to check in. The "hotel" is the top 2 floors of the Santander Tower on Elm Street. There is a small sign saying "Mint House" at the entrance of the building, but not conspicuous, and no further signage or instruction on where to go or how to check in. I had to call the concierge twice to finally check in.
After that, it was great. Very tasteful decor, comfy beds, hot showers, plenty of soap/shampoo, amazing views of downtown, and fast internet. Unfortunately no breakfast options in the building, but several options within 1-2 blocks.
Also, I didn't have a car, but if I did I would have no clue on where to park as part of the check in process. If you purchase a stay there, be sure to get check in instructions before your visit.
