Five-star reviews are hard to come by from me, but the Mint House Dallas absolutely earned all five stars. This is the absolute best kept secret in all of Dallas! This place gives you a taste of living in the top 1% without having to pay the 1% price. It's all a little bit complicated between the parking and the room access, but you will be paid dividends for the effort it takes to get here. I didn't need any concierge service while I was here but I didn't need any because everything was so great.

Mayor needs to.clean up Dallas Likes: It was all fantastic. Dislikes: The homeless people are not the first thing you want to see outside a hotel. Get your mayor of his butt .

The positive? The rooms are nicely appointed, you get a great view of the city on the 49th and 50th floor. The downside, if you're on 49, be prepared for the loud bumping music (Saturday when I stayed) until pretty late from the restaurant on 48. If you can't beat them, join them! Or bring earplugs 😆 The other thing, the wifi bandwidth is terrible so bad, I've never experienced it before even at cheaper hotels. It's fine when it's early or late during the day e.g. no one is using it.

Fantastic stay!! Getting inside from the parking garage looked intimidating but follow the instructions they give and it’s a breeze! Also the pictures do not do the view justice!! It’s so pretty at night! So clean on the inside. We will definitely be back!

A warning to anyone who stays here - there is a very noisy and disruptive nightclub right below the 49th floor. We were unable to sleep until 1AM because there was loud music literally shaking the entire apartment and it was impossible to sleep or ignore. The hotel should make it very clear that this is going to be happening and which days because if I’d known I would have stayed somewhere else. Also there is no front lobby, you have to take two elevators just to get upstairs and put a code in twice, and on top of that they never came in to change our towels or sheets or anything. There isn’t even a market or somewhere to buy water when you run out so we were so thirsty by the end of the trip. I am disappointed and definitely won’t be staying here again - look elsewhere if you want a proper hotel experience.

This was our first time staying at Mint House and we were very happy with the stay. We came from the Houston area to attend a concert in Deep Ellum. The location in downtown was very convenient and accommodated us walking around to local restaurants and pubs. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was divine! The location was conveniently located in an area that allowed for walking to dining and shopping (Neiman Marcus) and the view of Dallas was marvelous. It was clean, neat, modern, and spacious. The staff was available via phone or text as well, even after hours. They were kind, courteous, and responsive. Now that I know about this awesome place, I won't stay any other place in Dallas!

Absolute trash hotel masquerading as a modern luxury hotel. Wifi goes out at night so don't bother streaming anything. There's a club directly below with loud parties that go on late into the night. I could list a dozen more reasons this place is awful but the partys below are beyond ridiculous. Forget relaxing in the room. With the constantly bumping bass which i had to hear beating through my walls for 5 hours.

Based on the reviews, I expected to have a pretty nice stay at this hotel and it was beyond what I hoped for. I booked this trip for my husband’s birthday and he loved it here just as much as I did. We have stayed in many hotels and air bnbs throughout the years and this was truly the first time I can say I feel this was a “home away from home”. Cleanliness is important to me and this place seemed to be very clean. We also received a complimentary upgrade which was a cherry on top for us. We went to the cowboys game, visited with family and after a long day, it felt nice to come “home” and lay down in a surprisingly soft bed. This place is a 10/10 in my book and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Dallas. Also, the location was convenient and loved the view.

We could not be happier with our stay. I had never heard of Mint until this visit but would choose it over your average hotel any day! The rooms were spacious, clean, large bathroom, and a view that was to die for.

Party people intrusive to other guests. Likes: Beautiful building and unit. Secured parking garage onsite. Amenities onsite. Dislikes: Awful Noise Level. The property had guests who partied all night until 3+ am. I contacted the property on 2 separate nights. They informed me they failed to move me due to internal mis-communication. Telling me after the fact when checking out and if I return I’ll get a discount obviously didn’t provide any resolution. Beautiful unit-however the noise level is terrible, very intrusive, no rest.

Decent Basic Choice in Downtown Dallas Likes: My code didn't work at the parking garage or to open my room. Finding someone to fix the code took a minute but then all was fine. My partner thought the room was very basic. The positioning of a large trash can by the window was weird. Dislikes: Parking was very expensive and we wanted to explore the neighbourhood in the morning and had to rush back to move the car. Getting the time to move our car extended to 1pm was a huge pain. Note we left the room by 930am with our luggage -- it was just our car that we wanted to return for later.
