Amazing gem in Downtown Dallas. The room felt more like home than a hotel. The staff was exceptional and there when you needed them. The views of Dallas were breathtaking, especially at night. You are close to everything, parks, food, coffee and museums. I had a wonderful stay here and would most certainly stay again!

Excellent choice for my first time in Dallas. Yoab and Ceasar are two of the nicest people we could have asked for. We had direct communication at all times and they were super attentive. I asked for a trash bag and before I could put my phone down, Ceasar was at the door. What a great experience. The view at night is awesome. Very clean and very comfortable. I will definately chopse this again when I come back. Please acknowledge and praise Yoab and Ceasar. Im a retail store manager and GREAT help is very rare. They deserve acknowledgement and a raise because without people like them, well dressed, well mannered, and super attentive, we wouldnt have great experiences. You can stay anywhere thats beautiful, but its not enjoyable without people like them. 5 stars for their service. Please praise them. I was very impressed.

A Unique Hotel Experience! Our trip to Dallas was amazing! Our plans were to attend a live performance by Marty Stuart at the Majestic Theatre and to stay at the Mint House just a few blocks away. Staying at the Mint House put the icing on the cake! The view of Dallas from our room was awesome. It is a unique lodging experience and next time we stay in Dallas, our stay will be at the Mint House!

Best Property, Best Rooms, Best Staff Excellent property all-around, very conveniently located in Downtown Dallas. The building is safe & secure, the apartments are well maintained, recently renovated, clean, organized, and no issues. The staff is kind, courteous and attentive. I only stay at Mint House now, and I am in Dallas monthly for work. Best property in the city.

This was a fantastic deal for the area we wanted - blocks away from the theater and close to some super cute bars and bagels! Everything was clean and modern and spacious. We really enjoyed the stay. We loved the modern touches and the luxury feel. The views were unbeatable. Only things to note: 1. pull out couch is not particularly comfy for sitting. 2. water pressure isn't great on the 49th floor

I loved being on the 50th floor. The city view from the room windows was AMAZING!! I also like how Mint House has a bar and food lounge on the 48th floor. Definitely worth the stay.

Great location and value Likes: Felt more like having my own apartment than a hotel room. The suite was a generous size and it was great having a washer and dryer in the room. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and found the front desk staff to be very friendly. There were also a lot of food options and convenience stores nearby (such as CVS and 7Eleven). Dislikes: The walls appear to be very thin. As much as the property has “quiet hours” if people in the rooms next to me used a hair dryer or took a call on speaker late at night you could hear it pretty clearly in the room. The problem was solved with some ear plugs, but it’s something to be mindful of if you are a light sleeper.

This place was a great stay this weekend. We were a block from the Majestic where we were coming to watch a show. Loved the views from the 49th floor and access to the Tower bar. Service was super friendly and they made everything easy - room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Downsides that are barely worth mentioning: the curtains are super noisy-we could hear them next door when opened or closed but minor minor inconvenience. Also the fold out bed-couch was not particularly comfortable for sitting on to watch tv, we just chilled on the floor or lounged in bed instead. We would definitely stay again or recommend it to anyone in town.

Almost a perfect stay!!! This place was amazing! The view was phenomenal, the ambiance was very relaxing, and the beds were super comfortable. I only had 2 minor but still relevant complaint. There were not televisions in the bedrooms which only us to view television in the living room. We couldn't get quite comfortable in the living area due to the extremely uncomfortable futon! It was very hard and made sitting on it just about unbearable. Maybe switching out for a more comfortable model and/or adding televisions in the bedrooms.
