Beautiful room, but I would not stay here again.
My spacious room was beautiful. An apartment really with a bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Everything looked new and tastefully done. It was more than I needed actually. Excellent room temperature control and fitness facilities as well.
But, the property is located in the top 3 floors of a multi-purpose building. One elevator is needed to go non-stop to floor 48 (in 35 seconds. My ears popped every time). Here is the reception podium. It was staffed probably about 10-20% of the time I went past it, though it gives a contact number in case of issues. When I called them, I always received a timely response.
The problems came in for me with accessing property venues. I received an email with a single code to enter the building, the gym, and my room. This code worked for my room (at first), but did not allow me to access the building or the gym, and trust me, this building was locked down like a fortress over the weekend. I contacted reception and received a new code, which did work for the building consistently, but not the gym. I had to ask security to let me into the gym every time.
The grand finale to this craziness came on the last morning of my 5 night stay: The code stopped working for my room. I tried calling reception, but was not getting a good phone signal. Luckily they were actually there at the podium and of course when they entered the code on my door, it worked.
I would not stay at this property again.
