Views were simply amazing. Our suite was clean, great finishes, looked and felt brand new. On site restaurants were to die for. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and made us feel valued. We did not want to leave. We are looking forward to staying at the Mint house in the future. Highly recommend.

Mint House was the perfect stay for a family wedding - a better value than a hotel and nice to have the living space and kitchen. The location was very central and walkable, near sightseeing attractions and restaurants. The apartment was modern and the views from the 50th floor were great (day and night). Having bars and restaurants in the building was convenient. Management was responsive when we had to call about an issue with parking payment. Clean apartment and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend Mint House for an extended stay in Dallas.

Unreal!! Likes: We LOVED Mint House!! If you want to feel like penthouse royalty for the night, book this stay. The room was so chique and the view from the 50th floor was mesmerizing. The bed was very comfortable as well. However, probably the best part was the treatment we received from the staff (Chase and Yoab). They both went above and beyond to welcome and help us—when we found the common area fridge wasn’t working, Chase stored my breakfast items in their own fridge and then made sure they were delivered to me the next morning. Yoab dropped everything and helped me print a parking pass last minute. They were so nice and made the stay! Dislikes: Because there is a shared common area available, the room we stayed in didn’t have some of the typical things you’d expect in a hotel room, like a mini fridge and a microwave. This was fine for us though, just be aware!

nice place. couple things weren't ideal. dishwasher didn't work. I had to talk to 3 or 4 different people just to get my car registered for parking. between needing to enter codes 3 or 4 times just to get to your apartment, use 3 different elevators etc, it just wasn't 5 star experience for me. beautiful views and nice building. overall quite good but would have appreciated more thorough staff and for a city apartment, getting in and out was a bit time consuming.

Beautiful high rise rooms with kitchenette and amazing downtown views. It felt like a downtown studio apartment! Loved that! Room was clean and well appointed. Service was excellent. Chase reached out to us and got the room ready for us before check in. He also provided toothpaste since we forgot to pack ours. Finally a hotel that provides vegan shampoos, conditioners, lotions and hand soaps. Areas of improvement could be their pre check in process. Very cumbersome that you have to upload driver license photo before they give you a code to enter room. Hopefully they make that optional since there’s already an in-person check in. Also we saw no recycling bins anywhere.

Really enjoyed our time at the Mint House. The apartment is good sized with amazing views over the city from the 49th floor. It was handy having a kitchen along with a full-sized fridge and a washer/dryer with included laundry detergent. Room was quiet and clean. There's also a lounge in the middle of the floor that is a good spot to congregate or relax outside the room. The fitness center is fantastic. A few minor quibbles: there's no in-room safe (but are apparently coming later), the record player didn't work, and the sofa is uncomfortable. Nothing that would be a deal breaker though. The property is in a very convenient location in the heart of downtown Dallas. Lots of public transportation on DART nearby to get to much of the city including to DFW. Parks, playgrounds, and museums are all no more than a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay at the Mint House and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent 2-bedroom unit for 5 guests Perfect space for 5 guests (family) in a 2-bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, enough towels were provided. The only negative was the foul / musty / moldy smell from the clothes washer. It must have been a known issue since two different "Febreze" air freshener sprays were left out near the washer. We would stay again.
