10/10 Exceptional
I had a chance to stay at Mint for 4 nights in March. The place was immaculate, upscale, with gorgeous views overlooking downtown. While I have stayed at several AirBnBs with similar amenities, there is one specific interaction that I wanted to highlight. In my haste checking out, I accidentally left my electric toothbrush behind and only discovered I had done so late in the evening. I contacted Mint and let them know I had left my toothbrush behind and asked if they had found it. They responded immediately after checking in with housekeeping that my toothbrush had been accidentally discarded during the cleaning, but they would be happy to replace and send to my home.
I was floored.
I cannot remember a time that I have had a more proactive and considerate response. This is customer service far beyond anything I could ever imagine. I would 100% recommend a stay at Mint, and there is nowhere else I would stay when I return to Dallas. THANK YOU!
