Pros: Mint House customer service, the view from the unit, the helpfulness of the concierge (Chase), the overall cleanliness was 4.5/5 stars.
Cons: record player had no needle, no sponge to wash dishes, pots were dirty, walls were super thin, broken or missing hardware in the unit (remote, shower handle). TV had some tech issues.
Overall: it was great for the one night I had it, please note that there is no oven on the premises. There is no kitchen in the standard studio. I quickly learned how to use an induction stove top on my own though!
