Reviews of Mint House Dallas Downtown by KasaReviews of Mint House Dallas Downtown by Kasa

It was hard to find the parking garage because they were painting and you could not go through the normal entrance.

Great spot. Will be back.

The squeaky showers hurt my ocd soul lol but everything else was amazing! Can’t wait to stay again :)

I really enjoy my stay at Mint House Dallas during my one-week conference in Dallas. The location was prime, the view was stunning, and the setting was exceptionally clean and cozy with kitchen facilities. My only feedback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my preference, and I could hear my neighbor adjusting their window blinds. Nonetheless, I'll definitely return to Mint House in the future.

Cute spot for a couples getaway!

We stayed here for a few days and it was AMAZING! The staff at Mint House is extremely friendly and were accommodating for a last-minute early check-in! The space was beautiful and very clean. I hope we travel to Dallas again soon just to stay here! :)

Mint House Pros and Cons I think it's important first and foremost to understand what Mint House is. Mint house is the top 2 or 3 floors of a high rise in downtown Dallas. It appears that the rest of the building is for business use. Accordingly, it's totally dead on the weekend - which is a plus. It is on the floors 48, 49, and 50. This requires 2, sometimes 3 separate elevator rides. This is a huge pain if you just want to run to the car or run to the store. Parking is underground and requires codes so it's quite an ordeal to pop out for something. There is a nice restaurant and bar on 48. I would say this is the best amenity. They aren't open for breakfast, though, at least on Sunday. So that's a negative. Finally, the biggest negative was that the thermostat on the wall did not actually function to cool the room. It appeared that it was preset and there was a lockout in place. Would I stay again: No. Far too much trouble to get in and out of the building. Add that to a lack of access to ordinary hotel amenities and a thermostat that left the room very warm all night. A hotel would have been a better choice.

Perfect place to stay! Close proximity to downtown & beautiful downtown/skyline views.

Concierge was super helpful prior to and during the stay! Will continue to stay here!

Everything was just right. Beautiful views, great amenities, and easy check-in and out. Host was super responsive and helpful.

It should be noted that I'm not the type of person to leave many reviews; I typically write them when my experience is terrible or superb. Additionally, I tend to be very picky about my stays. That being said, Mint House Dallas - Downtown is nothing less than what I expected - fabulous. My partner Mark and I stayed at this location, and like each of the Mint House locations we have stayed at in the past, this location was a true gem. It is a modern, high-quality, beautifully furnished oasis in a sea of outdated hotel chains, and comes complete with small thoughtful touches that set Mint House a notch above the rest. It was a luxurious apartment, not your typical hotel room. The fitness center at this location takes the cake; it is one of the best fitness centers I've ever used at ANY hotel. Thank you to the hospitality team (Jae, Chase, Yoab and Shamina) for being so responsive and accommodating! Such an amazing team! You made a perfect stay even better.

The place is big and the views are incredible. Everything felt really fancy. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities just as described. The only issue was everything from the adjacent unit could be heard inside the second bedroom. Generally not an issue but was a bit caught off guard when the neighbors were active

Great stay! Likes: Location and design Dislikes: Check-in could have been a little better. Instructions were lacking

Spectacular place! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is stylish, well appointed, comfortable, in a great location and has a spectacular view. The Mint house were great host and provided nice amenities . They provided all the necessary information for a smooth check in and were responsive throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed the ambiance and the staff, especially Chase, was exceptional. Likes: The staff

Awesome home. Best views in the city.

This place is AMAZING. 1. has the best view in Dallas 2. Room is super spacious and very modern 3 THE TEAM IS PHENOMENAL yoab, chase, jae are the definition of perfect service. As someone who works at a hotel (the Westin) this place does it right. Definitely will be my go to for Dallas every time 10/10!

We had the best experience staying with Mint House Dallas! The hosts at the building were very helpful, our apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable and clean, and the shower was soothing. We did have any issues with the appliances or other amenities. The location was also perfect, in the heart of downtown near numerous restaurants, bars, museums, and other attractions. They even stored our luggage after check out so we could continue exploring the city until our flight that evening. Highly recommend!

Likes: La vue exceptionnelle - c'est une expérience a faire que de loger au 48 étage d'une tour le club privé ou l'on peut manger - bon rapport qualité prix ce club est accessible aux clients de l'hôtel

This stay was incredibly special for me because this was an experience with my girlfriend that we have not had before. This was a special birthday weekend, and they had helped me with some small requests and helped me with my surprise like a small thing of flowers! Truly the customer service and responses were timely beyond compare and helpful beyond belief - exceptional. As someone in and around customer service myself, I am very pleased with all that they do. We definitely have found our go-to Dallas location. Pricing was good and the scenery is awesome. Great way to get away yet feel so inside the city. Thank you so much Mint House!

Top apartment, top location, top view, top service !!!!!!!! Likes: Beautifully furnished apartment with every comfort. Central location, very clean, good beds and super view over the city. (located on 50th floor). Excellent service from the staff. Our luggage was delayed and they were so kind to buy some toiletries and arrange a taxi to go to shopping mall, all free of charge.

Loved the Mint house! The view was amazing and the rooms were extremely clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Likes: Beautiful view of the city. Large spacious suite with a fully functional kitchen! Modern decor. Great location! Staff were super helpful and accommodating! Dislikes: Parking garage was a little confusing and limited parking due to renovations.

Likes: Appartamento bellissimo. La vista dal 50esimo piano meravigliosa! Posizione ottima. Personale gentile.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay!!!! You are so high uppp when we woke up once there was a helicopter flying right by. It’s a great experience. Very private. You can’t hear any noises. Very clean. I felt safe. There’s always a security on duty down stairs. Centrally located you’re 5-9 minutes from everywhere. Mint house also provides you with a gift card to the bakery downstairs. I had an iced matcha that was yummy! Make sure to check out the buildings Members Club. It’s for members only but they’ll let you in if your staying at Mint House. It was beautiful views, live music and great food!! Also, Chase with Mint House was the sweetest! He was always there to help and answer any questions! Mint House is very quick to respond as well. We’ll be back! Book it!!!

Really loved this place! Me and my girlfriend had a blast and would highly recommended it!

10/10 loved it

It was perfect, spacious and great decor. Very nice and clean, amazing view! Likes: The facility was amazing! Very nice and clean. The decor/design is modern yet cozy! The location is perfect, in walking distance to a ton of things to do and places to eat. I will absolutely stay here again!! Dislikes: The elevators were messed up and it was a nightmare to get to and from the room.. but that is a building issue and not so much the Mint House.

We loved our stay at the Mint House! The views were breathtaking and the space was posh and clean. Amazing location and walkable to great restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more! Would 100% recommend - and stay again!!
