Found this place from ChatGPT because they had rooms on high floors. And I’m so glad I did! I had a particular request so I booked over text…it was very easy and they were happy to accommodate my specific request. Was in town for a milestone birthday which I told them about, and opened the door to the room to be greeted by a cake and chocolates and a very thoughtful handwritten note. The rooms are very modern and spacious and right in downtown Dallas in the perfect t location for food and nightlife. Plenty of parking under the building (for a fee). We really enjoyed drinks at the lounge on the 48th floor! Overall excellent experience and have already been searching other cities where they have properties!

Chill, Quiet, Relaxing
I liked the easy contactless process. My stay was comfortable like home. Apartment was clean and well stocked. I like having a kitchen so I don’t have to go out for food. Very walkable. After long days of meetings it’s nice to go somewhere relaxing for decompression and relaxing. In unit laundry another plus.

(Translated by Google) Perfect in every way. Absolutely top-notch.
Parking is $30 USD per night.
There are multiple elevators, and they're very fast.
I highly recommend this Dallas mint house. 👌🏻

The property was overall excellent, so much sir that when I needed to revisit Dallas the following week I rebooked with Mint House. However the automated booking system was problematic on both occasions and my entry code to the building (I arrived after hours on both occasions) didn't work.

We have stayed here twice and have loved it each time. You cannot beat the location or the view. It’s very easy to check in an out and the guys working the front desk are so incredibly friendly. This place is the perfect mix of the convenience and consistency of a hotel and the home feeling of an Airbnb. We look forward to staying here every time we stay in Dallas.

Mint House is in a great location for downtown Dallas. Apartment was very clean & instructions to get in were easy. Neighborhood is very loud, even in our apartment on the 49th floor. Walls are also rather thin. Could here our neighbors conversations & even them opening their windows blinds.

The Mint Hotel Downtown Dallas was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious with a large, spotless bathroom that made the stay even more comfortable. The downtown location was perfect for getting around the city and made my work trip incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be staying here on every future work trip to Dallas.
