Love Greenville The location was amazing for enjoying beautiful Greenville. The 2 bedroom was well laid out and very comfortable for our stay. Check in and directions were great. Parking was readily available at the property with a $5 per day fee that included in and out privileges. Will Definately stay at Mint House when I return to Greenville.

Minthouse exceeds expectations again This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this Minthouse property and we will be back! The 2 and 3 bedroom rooms are spacious and comfortably fit 3 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect and walking distance to most of Downtown Greenville. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful but allowed us to check in early so we could get our kids down for a nap which was incredibly kind of them. 5/5 would highly recommend!

Greenville Great location! Near Reedy River Falls. Large restaurant selection nearby. Bike rental close for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Spartan but comfortable. Nice having a kitchen and washer and dryer. Will stay here again. Good value for money.

I expected more for the money Likes: The fact that there is no parking was exceptionally inconvenient. The multi factor access to the room, was also a pain. The rooms are poorly laid out and the water did not get very hot

I could hear noise& drunks during night. couldn't rest during the day. hear ppl above you& throughout blday. not worth price too be close to town stay further away. would give zero stars if I could. could not access bldg without access card. never understand how to enter with door code. cheap bldg. stay away. find a less$ place to visit. hear pkg is hard too. can walk to dwnt very easy

I stayed with coworkers to attend a conference at the Embassy Suites which was directly across the street. The location is great! Beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. There is a keurig coffee maker (cup). We paid for parking $10 per day right in front of the building. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My friends and I stayed at the Mint for a girl’s weekend trip. They were extremely helpful and responsive. They even held our bags for us since our flight didn’t leave until the evening, but we needed the checkout. The location was also excellent. Very walkable.

Would stay here again! We never heard a sound in our apartment for the four days we were there and loved the proximity to Main Street, the riverwalk, Peace Center, etc. The apartment was clean, great beds, very roomy, well-stocked kitchen. Easy in and out!

Lovely modern space Great space w/kitchen. The walk in closet was plenty big enough to keep all my luggage out of the way. The bathroom is large with more closet space to keep things off the counter. Only thing they need to improve is there is no tv in the bedroom and the volume set in the family room area is set too low for the large space.

Great if you don't sleep in. The Mint House Greenville is in a great location near downtown and West End. It is over an Orange Theory which opens very early and you get to hear the loud music if you are on floor 2. It is very frustrating when you are trying to enjoy your vacation and sleep in. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary tea and coffee was great and when we didn't have enough supplies, they sent items. They didn't send check out instructions so that was strange and I had to reach out multiple times to ask for things.

Location was amazing - so close to Falls Park and many restaurants and Main Street! Only downside was noise from surrounding apartments- but earplugs are provided. We would still stay here again - Layout of apartment and amenities were great! Hosts were super responsive and friendly!

Loved the place and the location! Perfect for walking to all the things in downtown Greenville and easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Only downside was the parking situation which is not appropriately addressed in the listing. We had instructions with check in information but there was no link to a application that would have made parking closer and cheaper. I will say, that when we contacted someone who does the renting, she was very responsive and tried to solve our problem. We got the parking worked out but it ended up being $10 a day. I would still recommend Mint House for location and cleanliness. I understand that parking in an urban area is a "thing."

Great location and quiet for being downtown. However, more of a hotel room than Airbnb. No personal touches, almost nothing in the kitchen and place is becoming very worn. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and always prefer them over hotels but in this case would pick the Embassy suites across the street over this Airbnb.

Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything downtown Greenville. We had a corner unit and it had great open views. Parking can be a little tricky, especially if there are events happening in town as the parking garages fill up, but we found an open lot across the street where you can pay daily parking in advance. But that's city life for you, and well worth it for the location.

The apartment was clean and easy to get in touch with the service via phone for anything needed. Parking was the only reason I gave a 4. The suggested parking given at check in was all full so we had to park a bit away which was an added $45. All else was great. Many amenities within the apartment, fantastic location, walkable to everything

BEDBUGS WARNING: BED BUGS. My daughter and I stayed in apartment 5F on Feb. 7, 2025 and woke up covered in bed bug bites. Company denies that it could have happened there but we stayed nowhere else. Beware of this place. It costs thousands of dollars to remove bedbugs from your home, don't risk staying at this place.
