I’m not impressed. The parking garage was not the right address. Checking in was easy but when we got in the room couldn’t even lay down and watch tv… our stupid tv wouldn’t work, the wifi didn’t work. Called guest services but no one can help us till tomorrow. The bed is very uncomfortable. Shower is not clean. Won’t be my first choice in staying again, for sure!

This is our 3rd time staying there and the place is centrally located and clean and comfortable. The bath wasn’t draining in 2G and we had this problem on our first stay . There was a noisy guest on the room above us who was very upset and made a lot of noise for hours ( from 4am on ). It was impossible to sleep because it was so loud. Other guests also commented on this on the elevator when we were leaving. Because there is no attendant on duty overnight, there was no one available to attempt and address that problem.

Excellent location, but... Location is excellent, onsite service is great, entrance and ease of access is great too. However, here is what I believe this location needs; fresh coat of paint in the units and in the hallway, fix the chipped Furnitures, may be update the Furnitures, remove the bathroom visible molds around the bathtub outside edges... may be use stand glass shower instead ... Hallway 2nd floor carpet is stained and needs cleaning or replacement.

Great Place to stay Great location we walked everywhere. Loved that it was an apartment plenty of room for our family of 4. Had breakfast in apartment each day, Grocery store close by. Full kitchen is the best feature allowed for snacks and coffee whenever needed and hot chocolate before bed.

This place is a great location for sight seeing around Greenville. We parked the car and never used it again for the rest of the weekend. Parking I might add was very reasonable $7/day! The only thing I would point out is if you're planning on fixing your meals inhouse the kitchen could have a few more utensils and glasses etc. It was no big deal for us as we were there just to sleep . I would definitely return.

Perfect for attending my niece's wedding This set up is the best if you are traveling with family for a large gathering, like we did for a wedding. It allowed us to have several family members in the same building at less cost than separate hotel rooms. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

I have stayed here before in a 3 bedroom unit 5B and repeatedly asked for that unit - tho the website defined it as a 2 bedroom…The 5B unit was a much nicer experience. We were in 2G and it was crazy noisy - in the halls after midnight people were singing and overall loud and the next night the person next door played a video loudly at 5:30 AM… The location was great but I will be more selective about the units on my next trip.

Highly recommended for downtown Greenville vacation. The Mint House Downtown Greenville, SC is an excellent location. We traveled with are almost adult teenage daughters. Everyone was able to have their own room/space. The apartment had a full kitchen and small balcony. Very safe, comfortable and clean. The location is two blocks from the Falls and Main Street. Would recommend Mint House! There was plenty of room in the apartment; it had a nice view; the bed was comfortable; I liked having a keyless entry; check-in was easy; and the room had all you'd need. The parking was a little walk and was not on-site but Mint did include locations of where you could park.

Wedding trip - rooms were blocked Location was GREAT! However - No parking, no reception area. Had to park across the street in public lot. Digital entry but keypad outside had all digits worn off. Hallway looked like a beat up prison. Bathroom was filthy and had a broken toilet seat. No trashcan in kitchen area and laundry room light wouldn't turn off. Could never find the gym - called three times and got three different answers - all were incorrect. And it was super expensive! Would not stay here again.

Yes, yes. We loved it. Check in was a lil confusing. They had switched our room as an upgrade from the 2 bedroom, due to not having internet. We were standing at the wrong room trying to enter in our code for about 30 min. We asked to be compensated for the lack of internet, but they declined. All of that aside: The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. We werent able to shower or do laundry due to Helene, and were able to clean ourselves, do 8 loads of laundry, and feel human again. Mint house helped raise our spirits, and made returning to no power, no water in Asheville much easier. My only suggestion would be to have better communication.

Wonderful location to enjoy downtown Greenville. Likes: The 3 bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room to enjoy our space. The location cannot be beat! We were there just after the hurricane so there were a few understandable hiccups but we were very fortunate to have power. Dislikes: The shower curtain smelled musty. More seating in the 3 bedroom apartment would have been nice.
