great location to visit Greenville. pretty much all of downtown is walkable. host is very responsive as well. highly recommended.

This was exactly what we were looking for- right in the heart of downtown Greenville and within walking distance of some great restaurants! Very clean and just like the description.

Mint House Review Location of hotel was great. Walking distance to great restaurants and venues. Too many fruit flies in the room however. Made it difficult to eat inside. Accessing the smart TV was difficult as well. No subscriptions to any apps. No local TV access as well.

Great deal for a great and safe location.

Great location. Walkable to all of Greenville. A bit noisy since the master bedroom faces the street. There were several events going on the weekend we stayed but the property is excellent.

One of the best places I have ever stayed!! Highly recommend it! Place was immaculately clean!! Kudos to the cleaning crew. Loved the passes provided to just swipe to get in and out. Parking was a bit tricky to find across the street. Had to ask for assistance here. But once found parking was easy and super affordable. Great place!!!!

Likes: Location is perfect. In walking distance to sites and night life. Large space that’s well kept. Dislikes: Noisy! But, they provide ear plugs if you need a moment of silence. That’s credit to the location, not the property itself.

Perfect Location for Greenville Vacation The Mint House was the perfect location for us. Walking distance to everything Greenville! Parking was not an issue as the parking garage was right across the street and only $7 per day. It was roomy and clean with a full size washer & dryer. The beds do not have box springs so are super close to the floor but other than that we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Mint House Greenville Rocks!!! The rooms were huge, the layout was spacious. The bed and linens were super comfortable. I don't have one bad thing to say.

Good but sleep wasn’t easy Likes: It was definitely well kept and roomy Dislikes: My dislike would have to be the temperature change really I love to sleepy with the fan on but that wasn’t in the bedroom so I didn’t get much of a comfortable sleep and living room was decent with the fan but not as effective which paired mildly with the pull out couch

This is a good apartment in a great location. Likes: The location of the property is perfect, right in the heart of the downtown "falls" area. The property is within walking distance of the falls trail and restaurants. The furniture in the apartment was decent, the bed was firm but comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The directions for entry were clear and there happened to be staff there when we arrived who were also very helpful and allowed us to check in an hour early, which we very much appreciated. Dislikes: The building is fine but needs sprucing. The hallways of the building and the interior of the apartment have lots of scuffs that make the apartment look a bit shabby. Most of those could be eliminated easily by housekeeping with a Magic Eraser. The apartment itself could have used a fresh coat of paint in our opinion, but, we have very high standards. Our biggest disappointment was that there was no TV in the bedroom. When the apartment is advertised as sleeping 3 or 4 people utilizing the sofa bed in the living area(which we used), there should be a second TV for the people sleeping in the bedroom. Also, be aware that parking spaces are NOT provided so you have to pay for off-site parking.

College Drop Off- best deal in town! We have stayed here three times and will continue to come back. For the price and what you get in space you can’t beat it. We traveled over ten hours to drop my kid off at school and it’s nice to just relax in your own room at the end of a long trip. Make sure you park in the right spot or you will get a ticket like us unfortunately. Around the corner is downtown Greenville which is amazing, so many restaurants to choose from. Mint House has our business for the foreseeable future!

First time guest Had issues with refrigerator but they took care of us by upgrading us to new apartment. Very appreciative of the quick response. Shower curtain in bathroom need replacing but otherwise clean place.

Likes: The Mint House is in a great location. My only complain is that sometimes the washers and dryers aren’t all at the same standard and not every apartment is equipped with the same things. Otherwise, I’m happy with The Mint House and would stay there again. Dislikes: See my response above.

Location is excellent - right in downtown. Close to restaurants and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Excellent place to stay in Greenville!

Check in and parking was a bit difficult,.

Beautiful but beware of check in glitches Gorgeous property but self check in was impossible due to the onsite computer system. Had to wait in 90 degree weather with the family and call Min House customer service (who incidentally never resolved the issue). Thankfully were let into lobby by another person and we were able to get into our room to access the lobby passes from there.

Perfect for 6 people and great location Likes: Separate Living off 3 bedrooms with doors and two bathrooms. Excellent value compared to SpringHill Suits to have space and privacy. Kitchen too we didn't need but very nice and full size W/D. Dislikes: There was bad smell in the lobby of the building and maintenance woke us up to check a possible leak from another unit.

Wonderful place to stay for our son’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for the groomsmen to get ready! Clean and quiet.

Great place to stay! Tons of space and really comfy beds. Only negative was downstairs neighbors were super noisy, but worth it for the awesome location. Right downtown, next to the river within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

It took us 45 min to check in because they changed our room but included the wrong pass codes for entry in our email. Furthermore, when we made reservations, we filtered our expedia options to include a pool, and there is no pool at the downtown location. I believe when they changed our reservation they also changed out hotel location because I clicked on a pool. Let's not mention parking that's a nightmare and not included with the stay. We paid $30 to park for about 36 hrs. The Mint House will not get my money again!!

Great and walkable location! Decent value. A bit impersonal—basically felt like a deserted hotel! But the room itself was excellent.

Living Rooms & Extra Bathrooms This was perfect for our needs. To have a separate living space off the bedrooms and to have two bathrooms was so nice. It was nicely furnished. We didn't need the kitchen but that is also a great bonus all for the same reasonable price as staying at like a Sprinhill Suites. Your parking isn't onsite but it was just fine for us to walk down the sidewalk. The linens were nice. The windows off the master bedroom were so pretty to sit and drink coffee. Only complaints was a weird smell in the lobby of the building and we were woken up to maintenance knocking on our door to check the a/c for possible leak coming from another unit. Nonetheless I would choose this over shoving everyone of 6 into a hotel room!!!

A hidden gem Location could not be better. Clean, comfortable room/apartment. Nothing fancy but easy to live in. We have and will return!

clean, modern and simple condo building. loved the great windows and perfect location, walking distance to the riverfront and restaurants. The hallway had a funky smell, and there was a point in the middle of the night where the room above us was rolling suitcases and loudly opening and closing doors for about 30 minutes, but other than that, it was a convenient and quiet location. delicious dinner right next door at the sushi bar!

Perfect location! Walking distance to so many things & very clean and spacious! Just be aware of the parking, there was an event so it was more tricky to find parking because the garages were full, but other than that it was a great time!

Happy customer Loved the place, the location and the easiness to use. Did not like the sound insulation; heard the neighbors and every other person in the apartment even through closed doors. Communication was great and easy. Outside noise was no issue whatsoever. Parking right around the corner for an ok fee. Walking distance to the river, restaurants and downtown.

Our stay was great. The Mint house team was very accommodating and responsive to our requests.

Our second time staying at Mint House, as always a great place to stay. Very convenient to downtown. The place was clean and very spacious.
