Falls Park on the Reedy was within walking distance of the Mint House. It is the reason for our visit to Greenville. All the best restaurants within walking distance. The place was super clean and the area was easy to navigate.

This is a great location and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they offer a phone number to contact someone for assistance but no one answered or returned my calls. We were unable to access WiFi with the info that was given on check in. Once we found someone to help we were told to use a different login and this one worked. Overall, a small issue for us. All else was good and the staff that we did run into were all very friendly and helpful!

Mint House Greenville This place is awesome! The only drawback is that the door code wasn’t sent to us, we had to call, wait for 20 min, then we got the code. Once we obtained the code everything was perfect.

Great location for a great price! I was shocked to see how great of a deal we got for the location! The apartment was very nice and a great size including all the amenities that came along with the price. We will definitely be back!

Stressful, exhausting….definitely NOT the relaxing weekend getaway I needed or had planned for. Likes: It was a nice and clean space Dislikes: I never received my check in email and it took over a hour to get into the room. After that they claimed they didn’t receive my security deposit and changed the code on my room three times, locking me out with my belongings inside (the last time being almost at midnight). All of this despite me sending screenshots where they had taken money from my account. We missed dinner reservations due to all of this and it almost ruined the whole trip. I will never deal with this company again and would encourage anyone else to seek alternative locations as well!

This was a perfect location to stay in Greenville! Very close to downtown, the Falls and the park which hosted the fireworks. Apartment was very clean and perfect for our stay. I would just say if you want/expect amenities, this was very similar to a hotel where there weren't any extra amenities. It was fine with us but may not be for some people. Thank you!

A great location and really good space for the amount of money. Likes: The rooms are spacious. They provide ear plugs (which you may need if there is a concert going on next door). The fridge is good. The washer and dryer are nice. Dislikes: The water pressure in the shower was not great. You can hear neighbors taking showers. The corner bedroom lets a lot of light in.

Great fit for our trip Our latest trip to Greenville was very nice. Mint House was new to us and allowed our group to stay “together” in comfort. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Though parking wasn’t included or provided, Riverplace garage was close by and very convenient. We will mist likely utilize Mint House again.

Great as Always - Will Stay Again I've stayed at Minthouse Greenville - Downtown probably 6 or more times now and it has always been great. We had (2) Three-Bedroom Condos and (1) Two-Bedroom Condo this time and all were as expected. Having the full size living room, kitchen, and laundry room is hard to beat for a comparable prices as a traditional hotel room. If you prefer or need more space this is the only way to go downtown Greenville.

Great downtown stay This is a prime location for food and fun. I would stay here again. I wish there were blackout blinds in the bedrooms and a balcony to the 3 bedroom apt I stayed in.

I had a wonderful stay at Mint House Greenville. It was easy to find and made me feel at home in a short period of time. I appreciated the little extras, like salt and pepper, olive oil and dishwashing pods in the kitchen. I had so much fun exploring the surrounding areas and celebrating the 4th of July at unity park. The Roku TV set up provided some welcomed entertainment during the summer nights. The bed was super comfortable. If you think about visiting Greenville, Mint House is the ideal place to stay!

One bedroom full apartment full kitchen, washer//and dryer. Close to park. Friendly staff. Only took away one star because of lack of parking. Today it's $7 a day and 2 blocks away. But rooms are extremely nice. Desk is minimal so make sure to do online registration and keep your email, has room number and code for room keypad.

Try it! Likes: Quick to help with questions. Great location in Greenville SC. Nice space, clean rooms. Dislikes: Didn't get the check in email after filling out the check in info. Luckily we ran into an employee who was very helpful.

Don’t expect high end Building location was great! Within walking distance to most things. Parking garage across street was great. Nice turnaround area for drop off or car service pickup makes things easy. Everything in apartment is below builders grade. Shower plumbing will bang like crazy unless you have sink faucet on. Location was great, but interior will not wow you.

Travelled with an infant and we had zero issues. It was about 2 blocks from falls on the Reedy. Great park to explore. We happened to be in town on a Saturday while they were hosting a market on Main Street. Spill the beans is a must try for coffee. (Walkable) Dukes sandwiches amazing. Cheapest meal we had while in town. Sully’s Streamers bagels (walkable) so yummy!
