Very positive visit! I would definitely stay here again! Likes: Very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and great location! Dislikes: Parking was a little challenge.

Love the concept….this is a cross between and apartment complex and a hotel. The location is awesome….right at Falls Park.

Don't bring a car Be Aware! this property does NOT have parking. The lot next door is only 12 hours allowed. The garage is usually FULL. We shuffled car 3 times. Lower floors have lots of noise and light from the street floods the corner bedroom even with shades down. No sleep. Badge did not work to access gym or work space highlighted in listing. Loved the space inside unit. Dining chairs are very uncomfortable "stick chairs" with thin legs/hard seats so bring your own comfy chairs for longer stays or good cushions. Location is great. High ceilings. Many pluses in spite of the parking and noise issues.

Great place close to Downtown Greenville Likes: The location of Mint House is amazing and so close to everything. The apartment is spacious and really comfortable. The space has everything you need. Dislikes: The walls are definitely thin and you can hear people next to you talking, but ear plugs are provided and that helped!

Great apartment Love the location and the apartment style. Much better than a hotel. Great value and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and enjoyable having a kitchen and laundry room. Will definitely stay here again. This is my second visit to The Mint House.

This is our top pick for Greenville, SC! Likes: The location could not be better. We were a 2 minute walk to Falls on the Reedy and a 4 minute drive to Publix. The property was clean and has everything you need from towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, pots, pans, paper towels, tissues and extra toilet paper (under the sink), sponge, silverware, cups, mugs, toaster, oven and full fridge. I loved how our kids had their own room with a Jack and Jill bathroom. We had our own private bedroom with our own bathroom. This place was amazing and we loved the ease of checking in / out. During our stay the property checked on us via text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Dislikes: Parking was somewhat limited and we initially paid to park in the lot in front of the property because the parking garage stayed “Full”. There is a sign that says “No Mint House Parking”. Do not park here! If you leave your car overnight and do not move it by 9 am you may find that you received a citation. We learned that parking in the parking garage (171 Riverplace) had plenty of spaces. Ignore the sign that says “Full”. If there are no spots you can exit within 30 minutes and not pay. Beware that there are 3 entrances to this parking garage and GPS will not directly take you to the correct location. We figured it out after the first day.

Kept $200 deposit for issues that we did not cause! Said we broke the bed (we are in our 60s and thought it was just a bad platform bed) and door handle (was broken when we got there) and kept $200 deposit. The morning we left there was a huge puddle on the floor outside the elevator when we got off. There is no one on the premises to report problems to.

Perfect place to stay! If you need a quiet safe place to stay with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen and spacious living space consider this place. It was perfect for my sister and me to enjoy a visit. We were super close to the reedy falls trail and the shopping was right there. We truly enjoyed our time in Greenville and our home away from home made it perfect.

The experience was great, access to the room was easy, especially using their app. When I arrived all the groceries I pre-ordered was there, the room was modern, clean and lots of amenities I was not even expecting, kitchen utensils, pods for the washing machine. I think Mint House is a great apartment for an individual or family visiting greenville and looking for a quiet, clean and personal space.

Location is 6/5. Walkable to shopping, dining, and a gorgeous park. The space was incredibly clean, kitchen was well stocked, there were back ups of everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay with plenty of room! It is often hard & expensive to travel with adult kids, this is so perfect! different bedrooms for our college aged kids, all while downtown. I can't wait to stay here again!! It was a great family birthday weekend. The staff, Ilana & Ariel were so very helpful!

Easy, safe and convenient I booked a 2 bedroom apartment last minute for an unplanned business trip to house me and a colleague. The location is safe and it was super easy to book. Location was convenient to our office and dining options. Place was super clean and had coffee and dishes needed to survive the morning.

Good place for the short stay. Likes: It's clean and convenient in Greenville downtown and makes you feel at home. I like the kitchen, very standard size kitchen and living area. The suppliers also meet my needs. Dislikes: Finding the parking lot is a bummer. It took me 30 minutes to figure out the public parking place. I didn't even find the outdoor parking which was stated 0.1m away from Minthouse.

I love the two bedroom apartment style for basically the price of a standard hotel room. The only issue I had was the beds are a little bit too firm for my liking, but I am very picky. everything else was great. All the amenities were awesome.

Mother/daughter vacation for a few days. We loved walking all around the beautiful downtown with the bridges and waterfalls. We also ride our bikes along the swamp rabbit trail.. SO MUCH FUN!!!

Awesome Experience In town for college baseball and rented a 3 bedroom unit. Spacious and very clean! Much better than a hotel room! Great location walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, stadiums. Definitely stay there next year !

Great location and overall good value. The Mint House was a perfect choice for our group of 6 friends visiting Greenville,SC for the 2024 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was within easy walking distance to the Bon Secours Arena and a varied choice of excellent restaurants. Would definitely stay at The Mint House again!

other than the checkin process, it was a nice place Dislikes: too much reliance on technology for checking in. Due to tech issues, it took over a half hour to check in!

Great location and comfortable accommodations This apartment is right in the heart of downtown Greenville so easy walking to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The guest services was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns.

P Likes: Extras like washer/dryer Awesome price and location Dislikes: Had to go line by line through hundreds of channels to find what you wanted - very frustrating. Remote had no ability to access a Menu or select a channel without scrolling.

Great location We stay at Mint House whenever we visit Greenville. The location is really close to all of the action, but removed just enough so you get a quiet night's sleep (other places a couple blocks in are LOUD on the weekends, making it hard to sleep). None of the finishes are high end, but the accomodations are nice looking and comfortable. Again, the location is great.

Everything about the Mint House was great! The parking at the beginning was a little tough because the garage was full and had to figure out where the lot was. But once we figured that out it was great. A Mint House employee came out and helped us with our luggage and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Perfect for our needs!

Loved the Mint House. Likes: Great location - very clean. Great value. Dislikes: Everything was perfect except we ran out of toilet paper so we called the number and they told us they would get us some. Nine hours later we still didn't have any and had to search around for someone to give us some.

Downtown Mint House Four of us stayed at the mint House Downtown in Greenville. The apartment was clean and comfortable for us all. We had everything we needed and it was walkable to local restaurants. Parking was the only pain but once we parked we didn’t use the car again until we left.

Awesome location in Downtown Greenville, SC We had a great stay at the Mint in Downtown Greenville, SC. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance during our stay! Coffee, food, and the Historic Downtown were steps from our place. The accommodations were very nice, very easy to find, and we felt very safe walking day or night. Access to the building is very easy. We enjoyed the small porch outside the living space, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not have to rent a car during this trip because of the location, and we are glad that we didn't, since you would need to pay for off site parking. We will be staying here again the next time we come back!
