Perfect place to stay. Very clean and all of our needs were met. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic for our stay. The unit was very nice, very clean and exceptionally well located to the West End of Greenville. The Mint House team went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was exceptional. They are quick to respond to your questions and check back to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this location.

We had an awesome stay. The space was clean, comfortable and so close to everything. Parking was a breeze, basically just across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great place to stay in downtown Greenville. Around the same price as a hotel with the flexibility to have laundry in unit and cook your own meals with provided pots/pans/plates/utensils & clean up with a dishwasher afterwards. Would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay again!

Our second time staying at the Mint House. You can't beat the location! It's the perfect size for a family of 5. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment. The building is extremely quiet and clean. It's the only place we will stay when visiting Greenville.

The Mint House is a great location if you're looking to access Greenville's downtown area. It's a block off the river and much of downtown is walkable. I was there for business and brought my young family along to enjoy the area. The unit was spacious and well-maintained. Great value for the location and space.

Truly amazing experience. The location is perfect with an OrangeTheory fitness downstairs. Clean unit and incredible service both with the property manager and parking services. One of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had and looking forward to staying here again.

A very convenient and practical space if you're looking for a spot downtown or an extended stay.

This is probably one of the easiest check-in/check-out places we've rented, sort of like a combination rental home and hotel which works great for work travel. Wi-fi was plenty strong to get all the zoom calls and work done without a problem. The layout works well for roommates, we had plenty of privacy but made use of the shared space during the day. The location for this condo could not be better. We did not move our cars for 4 days--which is relevant because there is no parking with the condo, you'll park nearby in paid lots.

The apartment was nice, clean, safe and convenient. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance for dine in/carry out, as well lots of delivery options. We parked in the underground garage under the Hampton Inn/Embassy Suites. It's a public garage (ie you don't have to be staying at the hotels to use it). Take the elevator that lets you out near the Hampton Inn. It brings you to a covered area at street level, approx 2 blocks from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Greenville.

A great place and the perfect location!

This is a beautiful, spacious, very well placed property to stay in. We walked to a baseball game, restaurants a park and we didn't scratch the surface of things to do in Greenville. Three big comfy beds to accommodate everyone having their own. We had some squeaky doors and one message to the host and a very professional and friendly man came up and oiled all the doors to silence, brought us more coffee pods, (we are a LOVE COFFEE FAMILY...) and just generally blessed us with his work. The building itself is a beautiful and quiet building. There was some minimal outside noise from the city, but that should be expected and in no way should reflect this property.

You can expect a beautiful place in a perfect location for Downtown Greenville walking! It has everything you need from a coffee maker to a high-tech flat television! A real 10/10!

Loved our stay! Excellent location In downtown, and staff is quick to respond and address any issues that arise. Mint house is amazing.

We were here for about 5 months while my husband was working a temporary job for his company, in Greenville. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and very cute and modernly decorated. They had the essentials we needed to enjoy our time there. Brent and Yana were always very friendly and helpful and responded promptly when there were a few small problems that needed to be attended to. They were also very understanding and accommodating of our occasionally rowdy and loud kiddos. And went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our extended stay. The location is also in a very beautiful and fun area with easy access to Falls Park on the reedy, swamp rabbit trail, Main Street shops and restaurants and more. And on the occasional weekend, our apartment had a great view of the fireworks from Fluor Field. The only complaint we would have is the parking situation. We did have to pay a monthly fee to park in the garage across the street and it was a bit of a pain to make the trek back and forth, especially when our hands were full. But, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Greenville and would highly recommend it.

Great location with easy access to all downtown Greenville has to offer. Nice clean apartment and great for small family gathering. Parking was only a block away in a secure underground garage at only $7 a day. Had a great time!
