Really poor check in process, fine apart from that
Likes: The apartment was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed for a short stay and the free parking was very helpful and there was always plenty of spaces available.
Dislikes: The check in was really badly communicated. We received no check in instructions and there are is no reception of staff to assist. We had to stand outside the building late at night messaging back and forth for the staff to send us the check in instructions. It took probably 30 minutes for them to send us the details we needed, a really poor service.
The apartment we had was very small, we booked for 4 guests and there id a double bed and a sofa bed in the same room right beside each other.
