The Mint House Kasa location is worth a stay over most hotels. It has a walkable location and access to all things downtown while in a quiet area, as well as modern decor and top of the line linens (like, the finest!). West Elm throw blanket and OEKO-TEX towels....very nice, warm touches of luxury. Another nicety was the auto log-out digital feature on the TV once your stay was over. You set this up at the beginning of your stay. Lastly, the building is new with parking, new furniture in sitting area, pool, and gym. The occupants are all jovial to be in Nashville, and the staff is quiet.
I rated 4 out of 5 due to water coming in underneath the exterior doors during a storm (wet towels all over the floor the next day), the elevator got stuck with someone in it (then out of order for several days), and there was an on/off third-party security prescence (it appeared) in the provided parking area thoroughout my weekish stay. Referencing, as I'm not sure I'd stay here with children.
