I don’t usually write reviews, but Kasa was exceptional. The host was incredibly kind and responsive to our group’s inquiries and was able to make an early check in happen for us. The apartment is exactly as advertised and was spotless! Pool, rooftop, and gym were great as well. All of this plus the location for the cost - 5 stars. We will be back!

This place was amazing!! It was very clean, modern, and the bed was soooo comfy. It’s just a quick walk to Marathon Music Works, and an easy Uber ride to Broadway. I will say, you can hear the train very well and sometimes the neighbors. This isn’t something that bothers me though, and obviously its something that is out of the host’s control, but if you’re someone who’s sensitive to that sort of thing it might bother you! Overall 10/10 stay!

Excellent stay with gym and pool. The apartment was clean and spacious and offered luggage storage. Close enough to downtown. Friday night peak hour was a $25 uber but all other rides were between $5-$10 so it was very easy and affordable to get around. There is also a bus. We walked a few times if you are ok with a decent walk (about 1.5 miles). Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again every time.

First of all, Nashville needs to realize it’s not Chicago. There’s a reason people travel south and it’s not just the weather. Southern hospitality is a treasured commodity that is missed without human interaction. I’m a northern girl that typically prefers efficiency With that being said

We had a great stay here! The communication was constant, the room was amazing, and it felt like a home away from home. The room could've been swept better, so cleanliness 4.5/5! Overall, we'd choose to stay here every time!

We had a good stay and felt safe. Likes: Overall good stay comfortable and love the self checkin. Dislikes: The furniture is arranged in such a manner that one has to climb over the bed to get to the other side, perhaps add a smaller couch.

The best check-in instructions we've ever received! Location is near perfect. Lots of space, lots of amenities (we stayed a week and cooked, a lot). The bed was softer than I like it; I didn't feel as supported as I want to get a great night's sleep... however, my wife slept like a baby. Call it a win. Finally, the pool .... cherry on top. Would 1000% stay here again.

The hotel looked like the pictures, really beautiful. It was initially hard to locate due to maps putting you in a shared drive between the hotel and apartments; however, the entrance to the hotel parking was barricade. Gaining access to the property is a little cumbersome but once you figure it out, it becomes easier. There is no housekeeping on the property so if you need something you have to call the main line and hope they can get someone to you within 24 hours. We heard people above us moving furniture throughout the night. Our place wasn’t the cleanest as it had hair and crumbs all over floor. The location was decent and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery.

This was a great spot! Lots of amenities and very close to the Fisk University campus where we were for a conference. Host was always responsive!

Awesome stay!!!! Amazing stay at this property. Location was awesome. Close enough to downtown, but not in the thick of all the craziness. Anything we needed, they were very responsive. Parking was included which is amazing because downtown properties wanted $40-60/night. Grocery close by, so we were able to get items for the unit. Property was very quiet for being so close to downtown. Lyft rides cost $6 to get down to Broadway. I highly recommend this property, and we travel a lot. Thanks for the great stay and keep up the good work.

Parking and laundry made this a very nice purchase. Was a quick cheap uber to Broadway. Didn't love the codes to get into your room. My keypad was a little temperamental. Pool is very shallow but nice to hangout at. Bed was the most comfortable i have ever experienced at a hotel. The floor needs a good mopping. You take a shower and see the dirt come of your feet. Its a very nice room but needs tvs in the bedrooms.

Our first vacation in Nashville! Likes: I loved that the building was very clean and the room was very spacious. My favorite was the kitchen, the bathroom with the walk in large closet and the washer machine and dryer! This place has exceeded my expectations! Dislikes: There was no TV in the bedroom. The only TV was in the living room area.

Really great stay!! Loved the apartment. The location was a little worrisome, but obviously not the hosts fault. I would still recommend booking here, just probably safer to not walk at night if you’re a girl!

The apartment was beautiful! Everything was so clean and comfy. I was worried about the neighborhood right at first, but we got accustomed it. The common areas were spectacular! The pool and workout room was amazing! Everything was so classy!

Worst experience ever had with a hotel. Due to an error in the systems of Kasa our credit card couldn’t be accepted through our Booking reservation. After an hour on the phone they kept saying that all the credit card we tried to use were blocked (which was not true) and there was no solution. In the end they cancelled our booking while we were already in the hotel and we had to find a new hotel. Very unfriendly service and management.

Overall my stay was fine, was just one night as I was passing through for a destination wedding. The Mint House by Kasa was fine and clean. However, there is a vacant industrial building next door covered in graffiti that suddenly made me second guess leaving any belongings in the car that I didnt intend to take in that night (just staying one night). There was a car that sat in the parking area with a young gentleman inside that appeared to possibly be security. Not entirely sure if that relieved my concerns or escalated them, either way the overall stay was just fine!
