10/10 Exceptional
We stayed at the Mint House for 2 nights for our Nashville Getaway. All check in was done virtually online, So there is not a front desk but help is available all the time. A security code was sent for the front door, elevator and room door. The place is very secure. Parking was under the building, with all the rooms on the second floor and up. The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy, but we did not have any problems and it appears that improvements are in the works, there are a few new apartment buildings in the area. This building is new, the room was modern, very clean, had a kitchenette. This specific room had a lot of furniture which made space tight, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. This was very affordable and about 5 minutes from Broadway. We left our car parked and took a ride share to downtown and because of our proximity it was a great deal. I loved that they had security in the parking lot overnight.
