Confusion everywhere until you find the right person to speak to! Likes: The location and venues around the facility Dislikes: The property management had changed before my arrival. Upon arriving I was never sent an email for pre check and was not able to check in at the appointed time causing me to almost miss plans for the evening. I talked to a lady at the front building via Entrance screen and was pretty much given the finger halfway thru the conversation and she hung up. Called Kasa and spoke to another lady which I was given the run around and was told that the issue was "Sent to IT for further information in regards to my stay". Not sure what IT was going to do with me getting the pre check and into my room. Since this process was about to interrupt my plans I had to continue with the night without a room to stay in. After dinner I called again, 4 hrs after my designated check-in time and was FINALLY in contact with a lady (I really wish I could remember her name cause I would give her mad kudos!!!) who knew what she was doing and wanted to help! I know they were in the middle of changing property maintenance but there should have been some sort of change of authority protocol in place so to avoid a situation like this. The facility itself was awesome but the check-in leading up to and when I arrived was subpar at best...

Check-in was easy and the place had all of the amenities you’ll need during your stay.

We’re told they were fully booked when we arrived after receiving a booking confirmation and driving an hour on ice roads

This place is a scam. You book the stay, thinking that is your final price, and pay out. AFTER you pay and receive conformation, you then have to add on parking for a huge fee (for us $135) and add protection and all of these other hidden fees. If you are okay with the unethical business practice of hidden fees, you are welcome to give these people your business. Otherwise, book at any other regular hotel and know your real price when you check out.

We had a great stay! The place was close to restaurants and plenty of things to do. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed here because it's walking distance from Marathon Music Works and we drove up from Atlanta for a show. It's IS walking distance, but the area is a little run down. Seems like a work in progress. The rooms were nice and we didn't have any issues with check in or the locks or anything. It's wasn't very busy, so we didn't have issues with parking. The garage is nice but kind of tight. Some of the bigger vehicles were double parked. Luckily I drive a smaller car so I can squeeze in. The only criticisms I have are the fact that the showerhead doesn't allow for much water pressure being a waterfall type head. If I had needed to wash my hair it would have taken forever to get the shampoo out. The water isn't very hot either. I had it turned all the way up and it was just warm. The toilet paper is also not fantastic. If you like any type of softness, bring your own. Was not a fan. Also the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. Again. Not detrimental, but it would have been nice to have ice. There is no ice machine or vending on site, so I recommend the Kroger down the street for stocking up. All in all, we would stay here again.

Very nice place, nothing missing here. Full apartment, beautiful showers, bathrooms. We had a teo bedroo, very comfortable beds, great pillows. Great views

The Mint House was perfect for our short get away! The house was clean & all instructions were very clear! This place is minutes from the Gulch!

Very disappointed from the safety of the location the safety of my vehicle the dirty counters and floors and how crammed Likes: Nothing Dislikes: This property in my opinion was not ready to be rented out. The quality was less than IKEA college dorm. Size was comparable.

Overall it is a nice place to stay. Likes: Love the corner apartment, huge and comfy. It’s near the Parthenon and the New Year Nashville Bash 2025. Dislikes: Our problem we found was the Washing Machine was making loud noice in this apartment. We were worried neighbors will be disturbed. Called maintenance but he said he can’t do anything and Supervisor was in a meeting. No kitchen sponge or cleaning spray so we used dish soap to clean up the counters. Bathroom area found a hair in the shower wall and shampoo holder not filled up. The Artwork on the walls need to be updated & needs professional help. Hope this helps for your improvement.

Very nice, quiet, and very secured!

It fit the purpose for a nice weekend getaway to Nashville. It was clean and we felt safe at the location. Likes: Clean Dislikes: No tv in the bedroom and the view of abandoned building was an eye sore.

Nice property but it’s basically like an airbnb with no one onsite to assist guests with issues. Likes: Clean, full kitchen, new property Dislikes: The heat was not working in our unit and maintenance never came. I had to ask to be moved to another unit the next day. I requested a discount for the first night and was told NO. No sheets or blankets for the pullout couch either. Having no one on site to assist guests ended up being an issue. And refusal to discount my stay is unacceptable.

We booked a two bedroom apartment in Mint through Airbnb. The rooms were clean and pretty but were not prepared for five people (there were only dishes and pillows for four). We also had a problem with the door lock and almost got stuck outside the apartment and the staff took more than 1 hour to respond. Besides this issues, it was a nice stay.

Area is between 2 sets of train tracks and not very close to anything Likes: Interior Dislikes: Had crumbs and hair on the fitted sheet for sofa bed

I wished I could have stayed longer. Great place - very comfortable.

Likes: Separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Felt more comfortable than a hotel room. Dislikes: No TVs in room and needed an extra lounge chair in the living room. Only had a couch.
