Okay so the plus side is plenty of parking and only $20 per night - less than 8 min from downtown driving. It is located in a sketch rougher part of downtown so you don't want to be walking late night. But the building seems brand new, rooms were spacious and lots of security features in place. Affordable for family getaway but there isnt anything immediately around property to eat or shop if that matters.
