Likes: The hotel was nice the rooms were really nice and clean. It was also very quiet we did not come in contact with any other guests during out stay. The outdoor lounge area looked nice it was raining so we didn't hang out there. Dislikes: You should include parking in the price of the hotel and not charge extra for it. Best to be upfront about all costs rather than trying to find add ons.

Nice but car got robbed Likes: Clean, good amenities, nice fitness center Dislikes: We paid for parking and our car still got robbed. Needs better security, might as well have parked for free on the street

It’s a good value, but good maybe for 2 people, or 3 if you plan just sleeping there Likes: Proximity to downtown. Clean. Nice staff. Dislikes: Very small.

We loved the apartment, very clean and cozy, we enjoyed that very soft bed, the sheets of good quality, absolutely everything of good quality. The host let us check in earlier, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended 5++++++++++++++++⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a concert at the marathon music hall. We had a short 7 minute walk. Was able to visit the distillery for supper as well before the concert!

Good location, great communication and the place was exactly how it was described. the only thing that was a surprise was you have to pay 20.00 per day to park in the parking garage, which I didn’t see originally when booking the place.

The room was very clean and beautifully designed. We were happy with our stay!

I had a wonderful stay.i met up with my brother and his family that Ihavent seen in nearly 3 years! This place worked ou Likes: Very clean and well kept. Dislikes: Driving onto the street it presented as a not so very nice neighborhood with all the graffiti. Also there some guests on the 4th floor that were smoking pot. The smell was in the entire hallway.

This is a great almost brand new accommodation. The rooms are spacious, and self contained with new kitchen appliances, large shower. The beds and pillows are super comfy, which can be a rarity in paid accommodation. Would highly recommend. Safe and secure building with easy self check in process. Plenty of street parking available and an easy walk to the Motorworks Museum where there is lots to see and explore, especially all the stores, the Distillety, and nearby restaurants. Also located an easy 7 min Uber ride to Broadway where all the bars and clubs are.

We booked this room last minute on so it was non-refundable so that’s fine but when we pulled up the 1st thing we get is the parking lot doesn’t have enough spots and they’re very tight. Some cars take 2 spots so they don’t get damage. After a bit, we figure out the door lock is non touch- ok we get settled but I notice in the elevator that we need to register the dogs for $100 or it’ll be a $500 fine so we call in and we let them n ow we booked through booking .com and they didn’t tell us about the fee. She rudely tells us that’s a 3rd party and not our problem and takes our $100 THEN tells us she needs to check to see if they have any pet friendly rooms now. A bit later she says we should be good where we are. That’s good cause if you’re pet friendly we ain’t moving rooms. So we get settled and go out, come back about 2-3 hours later and find ants in our dogs food bowl. So we try calling the front desk only to find out that there’s nobody on sight at all but they’ll let someone know about it and have a good night and hangs up. The ice maker is very loud and unfortunately seems beoken cause we can’t turn it off and the bed is very lumpy and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving about 3 am since we can’t sleep anyways. I’m sorry but for a “new” facility, there shouldn’t be these kind of issues and there should always be someone on sight to address these issues if they need fixing and their management company is rude and basically sucks all the way around. We actually ran into another couple leaving at the same time with issues of their own. I’m not sorry that we won’t be back and couldn’t get any resolutions at the hotel. Just be wary is all.

Really enjoyed my stay. Just about walkable (or very quick Uber) to Broadway, good facilities, and staff were really helpful fixing my WiFi issues straight away. Definitely going to stay here again

nice room but not sure I would stay there again. Likes: New and very clean facilities and room. Dislikes: Having to pay 20.00 for safe parking was not mentioned before booking. Walls very thin with noisy neighbors and the heater was very noisy next to the bed. Wifi was hard to figure out, did not use it. Everything done online, nobody there at all. bad neighborhood also.

Dislikes: The people above us were so loud-yelling and running around to the point our ceiling fan was rattling, so we could not sleep. I called the property management at 1 am, who seemed clueless, and no one was on the property to actually manage or do anything. The location was in a very sketchy area right next to run down buildings and a train track. Definitely not as nice as advertised and I wanted to leave in the middle of the night because it was so miserable. WILL NOT be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville! Likes: The property was clean and secure with personalized door codes. Staff was accommodating as well. The location is within 10-15 minutes of downtown and the first stop on the hop on hop off bus is a 5 minute walk. Dislikes: The property is nice, it is located in an area under construction.

The room was comfortable and clean. It looked pretty Likes: The price was good Dislikes: The view out the window was horrible. They need a fence to hide all of the confetti writing and it was dirty looking outside. there was alot of noise during the night and I had no idea about the parking fee being a guest there. I wont stay there again because of it. The whole scanning a QR code is not for the elderly. There was a leak from the shower floor next to the sink also.

This was some of our very favorite places we have ever stayed at with Airbnb! The area was so close to everything we were interested in being no more than a 10-15 min car ride or less! We can’t wait to stay again!

Overall this was exactly what we needed for our trip. Great affordable and walkable stay for a concert at Marathon Music Works. The building itself is very nice with great amenities such as the pool and gym. The parking instructions were a little confusing- you park under the building and it’s $20 a night that’s it not much to it. I was nervous bc of other reviews regarding check in- but they sent me info the morning of with no issues. The only ~cons~ if any which only mildly impacted our stay were: there were food remnants in the kitchen and staining on bed linens. The parking lot is only one way in and out with a train track crossing and upon departure the train was stopped and detached across the tracks blocking the exit. There was another exit but it was fenced off for the time being. We waited approx 30 minutes for the train to move. Obviously not the properties fault but opening up the other exit will be extremely beneficial.

Comfortable & relaxing Likes: It was safe, secure, comfortable and clean! It was a perfect sized apartment with everything I needed for my stay. A home away from home!

Great clean stay at Mint House. Likes: The location was great. I was able to walk to my event in about three minutes. Dislikes: I didn't like the fact that I didn't receive a confirmation for my parking payment. There was nothing to say it was okay for me to park at the location. I reached out to the text number to try and verify my parking, but the person that answered simply gave me the link to pay again and never verified my parking, or attempted any more communication.
