I'd give this property ten stars if I could. The rooms were so spacious and clean. The common areas provided everything you need, and some. The customer service was immediate and friendly. It was also affordable!! A fantastic stay and we cannot wait to return. The only thing I would suggest is putting a vending machine in the lobby. The rooms do have full kitchens, but there is not a convenient store close for just buying small items.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place or location. Over priced just for a 1 night stay. My bed had a piece of black hair on the bed, somebody left their shaving cream and razor in the bathroom which obviously showed that they didn’t clean the room properly. After my stay I started itching non stop and my nose area started to sore. But according to their management “no bed bugs was found” on the day of check out the pool water looked filthy & disgusting!

Overall this was a great experience. The building, amenities, location (decent), pool, work-out room all better then average. Cool vibe. On the edge of an area that Nashville is trying to rebuild with a cluster of apartments near the RR tracks. The rooms were fabulous as we had a one bedroom with full kitchen. The digital entrance, elevator and door lock became slightly annoying and the check-in with codes and so forth was too close to check-in time for my tastes. If that's how Kasa does it, I need to get with the program, but if you want honest reviews, you need the good with the bad. For the money, this was a solid place to stay. No walking to grocery or market nearby is problematic if you are from out of town without a rent a car. And sometimes it took longer then reasonable for a Lyft or Uber car to respond.

Walking distance to Nelson distillery and the farmers Market. There is a Publix not too far either. The area seems a little sketch but it's safe to walk in during the day. I would recommend car rental if you plan to see the rest of Nashville. The pool, gym and rooms were clean. There were several areas to hang out outside of your room. Having a wash/dryer was also useful. The code access and parking we're easy to navigate.

Our room was not large but could be an efficiency apartment for longer term *(1 person only). It was overstuffed with furniture and appliances. It's set up to be totally hands-off supervision. My biggest complaint is the amount of personal info that was required to register and a very large damage deposit.

There is no service to speak of. No one is at the front. The location is not within walking distance of anything and is in an area that doesn't feel safe anyway so you wouldn't want to walk even if things were close. The room layout is really weird. The TV is on the far end away from everything so you can't sit comfortably and watch it but I guess that doesn't matter since you have to pay extra to set up a Netflix account or log into your own. Also, the walls are super thin and I could hear every single step someone made outside our room, especially the room above us. Also, the coffee maker doesn't work right and overflowed both coffee and grounds. About 1 1/2 cups actually made it into the pot along with a bunch of grounds.

Great place, new, all amenities, free parking, short Uber to downtown Large well appointed, basically a one bedroom apartment. Covered free parking!! Very responsive front desk. Safe and quiet. Whole kitchen with island, coffee maker well stocked with actual cream( not powder), utensils, etc. Full sized refrigerator/freezer, large double sink bathroom with lots of counter space. Great bedroom and king bed. Lots of closet space. Large TV with apps for Netflix, Prime, etc. As a very convenient extra they clear all sign ins to the apps when you leave. Washer/dryer in closet. Amenities, laundry soap, extra toiletries, etc at front desk. $7-10 Uber to downtown. Brand new! Nice pool, gym, rooftop outdoor seating. Hey, what’s not to like

I loved the stay. It's further from Broadway than I thought it would be walking distance, butttt in an uber to Broadway was literally 6-8 minutes each time. The bed was soooooo comfortable! I wish I could reach someone to find out what kind of bed it was so I could replace mine at home. The code system was amazing! I thought I would be annoyed by the process, but I realize if I had read the instructions my check in would have been smoother. loved the property and the staff i did see. Very helpful.

wonderful, relaxed stay Likes: Loved the location, the pool was a great way to unwind, & the overall atmosphere had the feel of the Nashville vibe. Dislikes: Not a dislike, just wanted to let you know, at least the room we stayed in...the bathroom's sink cabinet door (on the left) has a heaviness/spring to it when you open it if you don't open carefully it slams the glass shower door.

Amazing place, need to stay here! Likes: The property was out of the centre so you could have some peace but a comfortable 20min walk to Broadway. Very clean and an extremely comfortable bed, there’s a mill a 2min from the property which has been converted into cool shops. The pool was lovely and clean and there’s a gym to use as well. I would definitely stay there again. Dislikes: Nothing. All great.

Communications were rapid and very polite. Never been in Nashville before so I did not know what to expect. The area was quite but was not commercial in any way. Railroad tracks ran right behind our unit and trains did not come through often, I personally love the sound of a train, even when it is that close. Parking was ample. Security in and out of building and units was excellent. The unit was much smaller than I expected. The bedrooms barely fit the beds, kingsized bed had been pushed away from wall for cleaner to put new sheets on and was not returned to its appropriate position so that the door to room did not close. I had to push it back into place to be able to close the door. Kitchen island countertop was dirty. While I did tell them only 3 of possible 6 were coming, there were only 3 sets of sheets and not enough dishes or silverware for 6 in case we had visitors or used more than 1 glass at a time. Kitchen was very sparse but utilitarian in terms of cooking utensi
