Check in was a bit rough because the waiver fee wouldn’t process. We had some friend that had some issue on check in. Customer service was good and we eventually were able to check in

Room was so spacious, had a full kitchen. The pool was lovely after walking in the heat all day. And free parking was a bonus. About half hour walk from Broadway but nice and quiet.

Overall great stay and I will be back!

Amazing stay! I loved everything about the place. It was clean, the parking was great, the pool was cute, and the check-in and out process was smooth, simple, and easy. Definitely will be back.

The property was clean and easy to access.. I loved how quick and easy it was to not have to check in with a person. The property was beautiful.

We stayed here with a large group of friends; it was a great setup for this with several common areas to hang out - beautiful building, well-kept, nice rooms - the only issue we had was we didn’t get our check-in email (about half the group did and half had to call for it to be sent). On that note, they answered the phone promptly and we received the info. They also text throughout your stay to make sure everything is ok. Very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my 2nd time staying at this property and we enjoyed it. We had a leak inside the unit, however, they were very responsive and were able to change unit for us without a problem. The complimentary parking is convenient and the location to get to Broadway is very efficient and inexpensive using Uber.

Excellent stay in Nashville if you want value for money and modern facilities. Only thing we would say was an airer to dry clothes on would have been helpful. Other than that the communication was excellent and it was a lovely apartment to stay in.

This area was right off the interstate, never heard any of the traffic. Air conditioning working great on 4th floor. The only issue we had was there aren’t vending machines on the property. Will be back!

I don’t even know where to start. Driving up the place is smack in the middle of the hood. There are train tracks directly behind and next to the building and yes you can hear trains during the day and night. As soon as I check in and get settled no more than ten mins go by a cleaning lady came in unannounced and surprised us then apologized and left. First night there was small blood stains on the pillow case and a large dark stains on the sheets and hair. Called and was told I can pick up clean sheets by the lobby. Next morning I go to wash cloths to see the washer is broken they can’t tell me when the repair man is coming. I tell them if he can’t make it by noon pls don’t let anyone in the room. First message I get at 2:30 the repair man came and no one was there so he came in and saw the place was empty and left. I then get a second message asking if I would allow the repair man cases while I was gone, I specifically asked that no one go in the room while I’m away. I come back to new sheets cleaning staff came in again while I was out to clean the room after I had stated multiple times that I prefer people not be in the room while I’m gone. I’m then messaged multiple times again asking if the washing machine and repairs to which I responded I didn’t need anything and that I was over this whole situation. Place is a total trap i received an apology text before leaving and a discount for a future stay I can say with confidence I won’t ever use it .

very small but it was very clean and smelt brand new. pool was awesome & the rooftop deck was lovely too! i would definitely stay here again

The online photos do not do this place justice! We were all impressed when we first walked in as our room exceeded our expectations! The check-in process was seamless and the virtual help desk text support was helpful and responded promptly!

This was a self-reset get away. The room was clean and set up really nice. Had everything you need just as if you were at home. It was a great feeling for relaxation. The view was calming. Oh. I sleep so well. I didn't want to let the bed go. I'm looking forward to returning.

Comfortable, convenient spot with an easy check-in process. Tucked away from the noise of downtown but close enough to go out and explore.

It's in an 'interesting' and a little sketchy part of town, but close to several attractions such as the Farmers market and motor works museum and where you can get on the hop on and off Trolley. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was soft. I would stay there again. It was behind locked doors and elevators.

The location is sketchy. But we are older women and really appreciated the security with codes and safety. The parking lot was really tight. A person parked so close we had to do a 3 point turn. It was impossible to find the owner. Thank goodness we had a small car.The pool was so nice. All the amenities excellent.

Great value for the quality of stay! Great amenities and close to many things in Nash. Glad we could bring our pup along!

Overall nice peaceful stay

Amazing place. 6 min drive to downtown. Spacious space. Pool, gym, nice living space on the first floor, with great coffee. Free parking. 5 out 5. Will definitely return if visiting Nashville again. Loved our stay and trip!

Listing says it sleeps 4 and the photos are hard to decipher but this is a tiny one room unit with a bed and a sofa bed jammed together so there is no privacy and hardly room to move. The neighborhood is sketchy and although the building is nice and new, the area is not. Overall was ok stay but it was very disappointing.

We had a couple of problems. Shower door didn’t close properly and the water almost flooded the rest of the bathroom. They never fixed it. But the worst part was a very loud noise coming from the AC, we had to turned it off. We complained for two days through text, It’s the only way, and we only got “I’m sorry for the inconvenience “ It was a robot who answered not a human being. It was very frustrating not being able to talk to a person. Finally they sent someone who made a temporary fix because they didn’t have a “specialist “ a day before they sent another person and they told me the AC was working well, the noise it was a normal noise. Practically they called me a liar but I sent them a recording of the noise and asked them if they could sleep with it. At the end, they offered me a 10% discount on my next staying. I will never stay there again or any place that only has AI contact. The room had an equipped kitchen but not a table or chairs to sit and eat. Very bad experience.

I love that everything was quiet and clean. I love the parking, scenery!!! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Feels as if you are still at home

Really enjoyed our stay. Being close to downtown and having amenities like the washer and dryer plus full kitchen was great! Felt much more relaxed than a hotel. Hope to come back!!

Great price for this Airbnb. Super cheap to Uber to downtown area host was super responsive, and the bed are super comfortable.
