You have to pay for parking on their😡 Room was very clean Great Kitchen with amenities. The few staff members I saw & met they were very nice & polite. I would definitely stay again. It was different from your traditional check in & I actually liked it. A code instead of a key card for the room. Overall, I really had an fantastic stay & would certainly come again

The stay here was amazing! The unit was clean and the area was close to everything. The pillows and comforter were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I even reached back for the brand! They responded with no problem. There is a nice pool area and a rooftop lounge on the 3rd floor where you can go chill!Whenever I'm in Nashville area this will be my go to spot.

This was a great place to stay a. We got lucky and ended up doing a trolly tour were we just had to walk to one of the spots to get picked up. Good place to stay and it was clean too.

The place was nice, super clean just as listed and location was great, however we requested a 1 PM check-in time which was not guaranteed but we were guaranteed a 4 PM check-in time at 4:30 PM, We were still waiting on our room with no prior communication. But once we got in our room it was clean and nice

While the room was lovely, the service was not. Items were mistakenly taken from my room by housekeeping staff and rather than solve the problem immediately, I had to wait for three days to get my items back and only dealt with a "bot" that was not helpful. I had to put a hold on my checking account for the weekend which led to several bounced payments when I came home. It was extremely frustrating. In addition, the pool hours are not enforced and there were very loud drunk people in the pool from midnight until 3 am. And as the hotel is completely automated, there is no one there to enforce anything.

Nous avions un petit appartement dans lequel on c’est senti chez nous, loin de chez nous. Propre, spacieux, la piscine est très agréable. On aimerait que tous les hôtels soient à ce niveau ! Virtual check-in was very difficult as it was never sent and I my face scan wouldn’t allow us in the building. It took over 45 minutes to figure it out. When we got to our room, there were numerous stains on the bed and the bathroom was uncleaned.

Definitely would stay again! The room was small but perfect for a couple. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Bathroom was spacious and the waterfall shower was amazing! Parking was easily accessible and virtual check in was quick and easy. I highly recommend the Mint House.

Beautiful room, pool, terrace and lobby. Felt secure. Some reviews mention that it was in a bad area, since its a newer-developed area. I walked 10-15 min to 11th Ave for groceries and was totally fine. Only 10 min cab ride to downtown/Broadway. Had a great stay and recommend to anyone. Would gladly come again for my next conference in 3 years (hopefully sooner).

So over the room was quite small but self contained. Very clean and all amenities were there. The biggest problem was the building was right next to a drug den. The addicts would come out from under the shutters and wander near you if you waited for an uber so it was not safe. Also I stayed two weeks and over that time three stolen cars dumped next to us, even the uber drivers warned me about the area.

The Perfect Home Away From Home in Nashville! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mint House Marathon Village by Kasa is by far one of the best all-in-one places we’ve stayed while traveling! It truly has everything you could possibly need and feels more like a beautiful, comfortable apartment than a hotel. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, and having a full kitchen, washer, and dryer made our stay so convenient—especially while traveling. The location is fantastic too. You’re within walking distance of so many great places, which made exploring Nashville incredibly easy. My husband, our little dog, and I absolutely loved staying here. Our dog was so happy that she wagged her tail and smiled the entire time she was here, which made the experience even more special for us. 🥰🐾 We felt comfortable, relaxed, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend Mint House Marathon Village by Kasa to anyone visiting Nashville, especially couples, families, or anyone traveling with a pet. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was pretty convenient. Getting in was a little difficult, once inside the room we found a dead fly in the sheets. There was also some smaller trash in the corners (sunflower seeds kernels, contact lenses, and gravel).
