Staying at the Mint was a great decision. It was my second time and I would return again. Rooms are very clean and has all the amenities needed for a long stay or a quick weekend. We used the pool area several times and had a wonderful experience. We grilled our dinner and enjoyed the quick clean up. The Mint is in walking distance to many different areas of St Petersburg. We especially enjoyed the green bench and the food truck Offset Sandwich Exchange Yum! I would give our stay a 5 star visit!!!!

No parking! Unless you wait to pay &40 a day! If you park in street you have to live every 2 hrs it will get a ticket. If you want clean towels you have yo pay. Just a bad experience. Out back is graphitti and not super safe.

Okay Stay in a Pinch Likes: Location; smack downtown. Dislikes: Accidental fee is $250. Room was so-so clean, shower head was crusted with lime and there’s dirt smudges over the doors/side tables by the bed. Every parking option cost money. The dollar value per room cannot be justified.

My Stay at the Mint Very clean and beautiful units. The only criticism I have is the low water pressure in the shower and parking is a challenge.

We loved our stay at the mint by kasa! We had a room , overlooking the pool.It's a studio apartment which included a full kitchen.Everything that you need! And the area was absolutely perfect.You could walk to everything! We even drove 45 minutes to Busch gardens. I strongly recommend this hotel! And we will definitely be back;)

Overall it was pleasant. Likes: Centrally located near plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Dislikes: The pool bathroom was disgusting. When valet retrieved my vehicle, I ran back to my room. My car was there but the valet didn’t leave the keys with anybody which caused me to have to walk to my appointment. I was very frustrated and disappointed

Mint House is a very nicely appointed and well maintained extended stay hotel. It's also great for short-term travelers who want the convenience of having a room with a kitchen, full-size refrigerator and washer/dryer. I love the vibe of the laid-back Edge District of St. Pete, there are dozens of fantastic restaurants within just a few blocks, as well as some great bars and locally owned shops. And it's just a short walk to downtown and The Pier. Our room was clean and the pool/barbecue area is very relaxing. And all of this came at a very reasonable price. I will book here again!

Loved this! If you’re ok with a large security deposit hold on your card (which they do disclose) this place is great! Walk to Rays game, walk to places to eat and the pier, the Mint hosts were excellent

The property stated parking… except it doesn’t tell you that you have to move your vehicle within every 2 hours or you will get towed! Abd it is on street parking - no Parking lot! The backside (pool area$ is very loud and not safe feeling. There is graphitti. They do not give new towels daily. Very disappointed and unhappy either staff when requested full refund for reservation due to them giving false information which they denied. If you wanna take a chance in getting towed and them not backing their word tte. You may want to go there. I would not recommend

Exactly as described. Clean and great to have laundry and kitchenette. The pool was clean and great to enjoy with towels to use. Yes valet but most downtown have valet. I had a great stay and John at the front desk was very helpful! I would stay again.

Great value and gem downtown It was exactly as described and I was going off reviews. It was clean, the kitchen and laundry were awesome to have, and it was conveniently located. Yes you pay for valet but most downtown do unless you take chances and hope to find a spot! Easy walk to places and a good pool area that was never crowded!

Outstanding and very hospitable! ! I would highly recommend them! Every little thing we had an issue with it I emailed them and they immediately corrected the issues. Pool music was loud I reached out and they turned it down. Blind issue on patio door and they immediately fixed it. My husband had a medical procedure at a local hospital and the valet person made sure he had us our car early that morning and quickly. Very clean and modern! We will return for sure!

Likes: Close to stadium Dislikes: They didn't have parking for guests you had to pay 40 a night valet which I wasn't told. They charge your credit card 250.00 as a hold and didn't inform me. Bed was uncomfortable. .

Mint House St Petersburg by Kasa was an absolutely amazing stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the location was incredible—so convenient for exploring—and the pool was a highlight of the trip. I especially loved the balcony; it was the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Petersburg.

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I didn’t use anything but the fridge but great for someone staying a longer period of time. The only reason. I gave 3 stars for service was due to the parking. There is only valet service so you don’t have access to your vehicle at your discretion unless you find your own public parking. And there was only one guy working it so it took a min to get your car because he had to run back and forth on his own a block away to retrieve vehicles. But other then that my stay was amazing for the weekend and the Taco spot across the street was good. but there were plenty of options in walking distance.

Excellent location if you're visiting Tropicana Field. Room was clean and nice sized. The bed was not so great, very uncomfortable. The 3rd party parking valet was horrible. Took well over an hour to get our car. I don't mind waiting but there was zero communication on expectations and no where to wait for your car besides outside in the elements. I'd suggest finding other parking near by and avoid the headache and $40 + tip charge.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. We arrived to a bathroom with visible pink sludge buildup, a basic cleanliness failure that should never happen. There were multiple issues throughout the stay, and while we initially tried to be understanding, management showed little urgency or accountability in addressing them. What truly sealed it was the so-called compensation. We were offered “20% off” with no clarification, only to find out later it was 20% off one night, not the stay. That’s misleading at best and insulting given the condition of the room and the overall experience (I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself) For the price and the way this place markets itself, the experience was unacceptable. Poor cleanliness, poor communication, and a dismissive approach to guest concerns. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone. There is a very cute, clean, and welcoming hotel called moxy across the block still in the edge neighborhood go there instead

The place was very clean and comfortable and an excellent location for access to Grand Central district and everything St. Pete! The staff are so nice and helpful. The pool is really nice. We especially loved having laundry in the room and a full kitchen. Parking is easy on the street but the city only allows 2hrs at a time, so if you don’t want to pay the valet parking at the hotel, you will need to move your car every 2hrs between 10am-11pm. It’s not that big of a deal if you’re in and out of the place a lot. Everything was great!

A decent room for the money. It’s nice but certainly nothing fancy. Wasn’t crazy about my memory foam mattress. But I liked having the small kitchen. Most of the rest of the room and bathroom was pretty basic. Pool area is nice. Warning: website says parking is available for a fee but there was plenty of manageable free street parking for my May 2026 stay. The Rays were out of town, so that probably helped.

Most of the rest of the room and bathroom was pretty basic. Pool area is nice. Warning: website says parking is available for a fee but there was plenty of manageable free street parking for my May 2026 stay. The Rays were out of town, so that probably helped.
