Great location and clean place to stay. Nice that they have a luggage cart to unload. Note parking is not included and we spent $15 a day.

I was only there for the night so I don’t have any complaints. $202+ for one night honestly isn’t the worst. However, th Likes: It’s very cute and in a good location for walking if you have a car just park somewhere close by. It’s $35 for valet parking and your car will just sit in the front parking spot. They don’t move it or anything so I paid $35 for a parking spot.. there are cheaper options.

I loved the location and the studio apartment was very comfortable. Added benefit was having a washer and driver. I als Likes: The location to restaurants , bars, etc was great. Staff were very friendly. Dislikes: No onsite parking. Valet service was great though, but a little pricey.

So cute & cozy!

Very excellent place to stay

Very nice just not cleaned properly

What a lovely little gem in the heart of the best city ever! Staff were all such good vibes. Had the pool to myself ! It was just what I needed.

Likes: Perfect place to stay for a visit in st pete. Very central. Dislikes: Depends on the season but not that cheap

Everyone is so nice there. Rooms are nice and big.

Terrible Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in my life.Pillows were super hard, the AC is on a timer so it changed throughout the night to 74 and higher, constant construction outside could not relax one bit. Not worth the 300 a night. The cheaper hotels in the area have better accommodations.

Great location and a great room Likes: Great location. Rooms are spacious and very tidy. Dislikes: My room number had changed in between receiving the message with it and getting to the hotel but didn’t realize. So it was a little bit of a struggle to figure out what room we were in. But it was a very minor incident

Perfect location if you want to walk to most of the local breweries. Had an amazing stay, staff is friendly and helpful, kitchen supplies were great & had nothing to complain.

Amazing stay in downtown st Pete We had a great time at the Mint House. The room was very nice and clean. Joseph at the valet is very hard working! He was super friendly and helpful to us. He even explain the door system to us, which obviously isn’t part of his job. The hotel is in a great location as well. It was a quick walk to everything we wanted to do.

Highly Recommend Great building, great location! Only issue is lack of parking but that would not deter us from going back as once you park you can leave it as can walk everywhere. 1 block off Central which is maybe of Downtown St Pete. Great neighborhood, close to food, drinks, and shops. A+

Building and unit we stayed in were great! And location was awesome!! Walk to everything. great restaurants, bars, and local shops. Definitely recommend.

Likes: Great location, lots of restaurants in walking distance and a great street market on Saturday. Dislikes: The floor and couch had some dog hair on it, but otherwise very clean and quiet unit. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay! Beautiful place and the employees are so very nice and accommodating! Lots of things to do within walking distance. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. I will be staying again.

This is a nice hotel at a convenient location. It's not fancy but had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again :)

Good neighborhood . Rooms are ok not super clean

Very convenient location to restaurants and bars. Use the valet parking service or parking can be an issue. The lobby staff is there 24 hours to help. I wish I understood how this place was similar to a hotel before booking in this regard because sour hot water for the shower wasn’t hot enough. I let them know and they said they send someone right up. I was very pleased with the whole stay but one thing was not very pleasant and that was my lumpy bed. My back and hips ache and I let them know to change the mattress and the host said they get right on it. Overall I’d stay again

Awesome stay Excellent place to stay, amazing location, fabulous service and great vibe. Really nice and clean and great staff. Loius in valet was awesome, always there to help. Restaurants and Bars next door, walking distance to downtown area near the Vinoy and eateries on the water as well as the New pier.

I wasn't able to stay so I can't give a reading except for that. The nice young couple who greeted me offered to show me the room because of my situation I needed to separate sleeping areas and I had two dogs and the room was going to be too small. I'm still in the process of getting my money refunded, but that's not their fault. I need to contact Expedia. The place was very clean. Parking is limited, but it is a beautiful place. Just wasn't big enough for us. Thanks for all your help.

Likes: Louis the valet was very informative and friendly!! Dislikes: Refrigerator was LOUD !! Concrete ceilings

My room had toxic fumes that made me dizzy my breath short and eyes water from apparently a faulty water heater. If I would have fallen asleep there there it could have been fatal. The front desk was incapable of assisting and said we have no solutions. Be careful about staying here.

Our new Home Been staying at the Mint House for over 2 months now due to being displaced from Hurricane Helene. The mint house has been our home away from home. We love this place so much, we have decided to sell our suburban neighborhood house and move permanently to DTSP. We have easily transitioned from our 2200 sf home to the 430 sf Mint House. Due to losing everything in the storm, the Mint house has been instrumental in us being able to keep our lives together. The fully stocked studio with washer and dryer, dishes, and full-size refrigerator make it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. I can’t say enough about the location. We are within walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown nightlife. We don’t even drive our car anymore on the weekends. And on top of all of these things, the staff at the Mint house have been absolutely amazing. They text us or deliver all of our Amazon packages directly to our door. They provide treats for our dog every time we walk by. They keep all of the grounds looking amazing and clean. One of the best parts of our day has been our morning greeting from Louis, the front door valet. He always has a witty joke and a smile on his face. thank you to everybody at The Mint House for literally changing our lives. Have a wonderful holidays.

Likes: Great location!!! Enjoyed the balcony and hearing the night life at night. Great rooms and showers Dislikes: Valet $35 a night and have to download and pay through an app. Not a ton of parking.

Great location! Super easy and convenient to get to great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Staff was super friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Five stars

Home Away From Home Mint House will be home until repairs from Hurricane Helene are completed. The location is convenient to everything with Sun Runner stops within a few blocks. The room is nice, complete with washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher, cooktop, and refrigerator. The staff has been great helping with a wide verity of needs. We especially like Louis, he goes out of his way to open a door, carry a package, even gives my pups treats. There is a pool I have not yet enjoyed, still hoping to do that before I leave.

Best place to be in SP Great location - best if you want to explore SP to the fullest. You can access the main party road within 10 min by feet. Also nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We had really clean apartment, comfy beds and nice staff. All in all 10/10 would recommend

Great Staff Valet is a Must Louis was amazing with valet and the staff was amazing and very nice. I was frustrated with parking but Louis fixed that. If plan on doing anything downtown don’t drive…took me 30 min to find a parking spot, just uber there or walk which is about a 15 to 20 min walk.

Likes: Great staff and efficient usage of room space. Loved full kitchen. Well stocked with the essentials needed to use on arrival. Dislikes: Parking is an issue. Hopefully, a nice parking garage will be built in the near future.

Likes: The location was awesome and the apartment was very cute and practical Dislikes: It wasn’t clean and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all

Likes: Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Everyone was kind and very helpful!

An interesting concept for a hotel. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Not a fan of the linen. I would expect higher thread count.

Louis is The Man! Louis, thank you! Great service and comfortable stay. Louis was incredibly helpful. Suite included nice pool towels, full-sized frig and w/d (w pods). Easy walk to several restaurants. I always appreciate the complimentary bottles of water.

Its like leaving at home. full working kitchen, all the utensils and dishes were privided. onside close washer and drier!

THE STAFF ARE AWESOME, THE KINDNESS THEY GIVE IS AMAZING, THEY MAKE MY DAY, THE ROOMS ARE GREAT, I DON'T MIND ABOUT THE ROOMS, ITS THE HOSPITALITY FOR ME..

The staff is wonderful. The place is very clean. We’re very happy thank you

Pricey but Worth it Mint house is clean, convenient, and cozy! Our unit was like a mini apartment complete with washer and dryer. Perfect for when my facewash exploded all over my clothes. It saved me a headache. It is a bit pricey for my wallet but I splurged for a weekend when my friend was getting married. Super easy to use the city scooters to get anywhere downtown st pete. We rode the scooters to the Dali museum one day.

Nice stay Location is very good. Service was perfect, including valet parking, check-in/check-out. Apartment and building were very clean and modern. Communication with Mint House before arrival and during our stay was very easy. Having an armchair or a comfortable chair in the room would have helped a lot.

The staff was so helpful to me helping me with my walker and my dog

Parfait 🤩 Likes: Nous avons passé un super séjour au Mint House. L appartement est spacieux et confortable, très propre et, rare aux usa, Super bien équipé.
