Amazing

It is very nice to be in a resident building without the traditional hotel checkin. All the instructions were clear, detailed, easy to follow, and I felt like I already lived there. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Likes: The location is in the perfect spot and I love the security key pad figure!!!! Dislikes: NA

Everything was so modern & clean. Very well though out, gym was great, pool was nice although didn’t use it unfortunately. Location to restaurants & Sparkman Wharf was wonderful.

Beautiful

A uniquique and perfect organized studio Likes: Great location , excellent minimalistic design , all brand new !! Dislikes: Is not clear about the parking , if is included or not ?.. where is located , those information are clearly shown . (So we payed 35$ for a parking next building parking lot .

Enjoyed this place for our night in Tampa.

Was a decent stay

Likes: Close to the riverwalk and benchmark arena Dislikes: The Parking lot was far away from the facility and expensive.

The room was clean during my arrival. But the lock on the door was malfunctioning and I had to change rooms. It was resolved immediately, thankfully. The second room had hair in the shower and someone’s contact lens on the bathroom door.

Room was big and clean with a kitchen, laundry in unit and smart TV with streaming. Gym is nice as well. However, this is not a regular hotel with a lobby reception and staff onsite 24/7. To get problems corrected you need to call a number and if it's after a certain time, you will have to wait until the next day.

Great place to stay in Tampa

The room was spotless. Easy check in/check out.

Had an issue with parking one of the nights. We bought the parking through Mint House and when we arrived back for the night the parking spots were taken up by non permitted cars. There was a lightning game that night. I had to wait till the game was over for the spots to open up. I waited around 2 hours in my car. There was no other parking available. They do not police their spots.

Excellent location, very clean

Our room was great! Easy check in! But the canopy ocer the bed had jnset lights. We suggest directions to turn on and off the ligjts to the bed be left in the room. We couldnt find a switch so we had to sleep with lights on 😂

NO HOT WATER. WOKE TO 40 DEGREE WEATHER. $50 per hour late checkout. Not worth it. Get a regular hotel. Never again.

Great

The clean room. The amazing minimalist decor. The amenities. The location. The peace and quiet. All of it was perfect. My one issue was not knowing how to check-in prior to arrival as I was driving across state and didn’t check my emails. Now that I know, this will always be my first choice when visiting downtown Tampa.

Clean rooms great location for downtown! Customer service was easy and great to deal with.

Likes: Very nice experience. Perfect place to stay. Everything is new.

Great rooms, new, clean, everything worked. It was much better than I was expecting. The full fridge and freezer was a nice touch. The bed was also very comfortable. Almost blackout curtains. Left impressed.

Every time my stay has been phenomenal, location is perfect and it’s well equipped. Will always be back to stay at mint house.

室内空间设计非常好 具备所需要的一切，唯一的遗憾就是使用期间整个大楼停电。但是得到了工作人员给了25美元消费礼品卡，以及延迟退房

The room itself was very nice. getting into the building and room was pretty straight forward, but it would have been nice to be sent the check in information a little but earlier. My main issue with the stay was the parking. I booked my room though Expedia. On the app this location was advertised as having free parking, and throughout the check out process i was not given an option to book a parking spot as well. So, when I received the email at the time of check in I was surprised that I needed to pay for a parking spot. Because I had not known about pre-paying for parking (along with payment processing issues) I ended up being late for my dinner reservations. After getting everything settled the room was very nice. The lighting options were nice and interior design was beautiful. I would consider booking a room here again. Also, our Ori bed was not working.

That was a cool and good used room

Mint House Tampa — Downtown is an impressive property with modern, thoughtfully designed suites. The studio and one-bedroom layouts feel spacious and functional, featuring full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and sleek, comfortable living spaces. The rooftop plunge pool offers a relaxing spot with great city views, and the fitness center is well-equipped for a solid workout. Its location is unbeatable — steps from the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. A great choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and style in downtown Tampa.

From the beginning customer care was great to us. The hotel was beautiful and the room was so cool and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some food and gay bars which was great. Worth the stay for sure.

Excellent place! Absolutely perfect location!
