Great place in central DC, big rooms, fully equipped. Likes: This place is excellent, big rooms, fully equipped, great kitchen, easy to deal with. Friendly staff. Great location in central DC. Gym is very nice and cosy. Will come back. Dislikes: Some rooms only face internal windows so double check that and book or ask for a street facing room if you care about this.

I liked it a lot and would be happy to go back. Likes: The location was good for me, and the suite was super-comfortable and roomy. I loved all the amenities in the room! Dislikes: I had a little trouble with the WiFi in the basement but overall things were fine.

Incredible value for money. Likes: I was blown away at how nice this place was for the money I paid. The staff explained it's a brand new facility and so they are charging lower rates at first to establish themselves. Lucky me, because it was extremely nice and spacious. A room this nice, especially in DC, would normally cost $300 or more.

I didn’t like that there was nothing on TV. No cable, not even free (!) satellite channels! Everything has to be logged into and paid for yourself. Watching TV in your hotel is a quintessential experience and I was disappointed that the several-hundred-dollar per night fee wasn’t enough for basic TV channels. No breakfast, And I tried to call the front desk while out and got bounced around 5 times before giving up. It’s not easy to get ahold of them. But otherwise nice and clean. Water could be faster to warm but it was very cold when I visited.

A calming oasis in the middle of DC Likes: The Mint House is right in the middle of downtown which is perfect if you wanted to be close to the action, but it was still quiet. The property is clean, the facilities were clean, the room was amazing I wasn’t expecting it to look THAT nice, had great amenities ie washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove. The one bedroom is a little tight so two people is perfect. Another great weekend in DC. I will definitely keep Mint House in my properties to book when I come back!

Not sure if they did have local tv or cable, I was able to download and log into my YouTubeTV account on the Roku smart tv. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They put earplugs on each side of the bed, didn’t know why at first. In the morning it was noise coming from machinery outside. I could also hear the people above us walking, taking and playing music. Thin floors I guess. Overall I would stay here again.

Not sure if they did have local tv or cable, I was able to download and log into my YouTubeTV account on the Roku smart tv. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They put earplugs on each side of the bed, didn’t know why at first. In the morning it was noise coming from machinery outside. I could also hear the people above us walking, taking and playing music. Thin floors I guess. Overall I would stay here again.

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are in very good condition. Stylish and well equipped gym. Alone the aircon was an issue as it was practically not to control and very loud (but we could not turn it off but needed to cover it with blankets and cushions to reduce the noise during the night)

Stefan's (Stephan's?) service and hospitality was absolutely excellent. Will stay again thanks to how well he served me. Excellent room and location. Wi-fi good enough to do Zoom meetings with. Having a good 24/7 gym and washing machines available is a plus.

We will definitely come back! Likes: It’s well designed and clean, The kitchen is equipped well which makes the difference when traveling with the kids. The staff is kind, welcoming and helpful. Likes: Audrey was exeptional. She was very understanding and allowed me to check in my family early in the morning at 1100hrs. I had forgotten my passports in the plane and needed to leave my luggage to go back to the airport. . Glad i found my passports. Later on Billy took over and he was great company and made our stay comfortable. Dislikes: Nothing

The staff at Mint House was great. Very helpful and very kind to our dog. They also look out for the hotel guests and were very helpful with parking. It’s right near a park which was great for quick dog walks. Convenient to and for all of our appointments and needs.

Great location and spacious rooms. We will stay there again. Likes: The suite was great with lots of space and facilities for staying longer or with family. Rooms were large and spacious, and there was a kettle as well as a coffee maker in the room. Pet friendly as well. Dislikes: There was some rubbish (used personal items) under the bed that our dog found! We were charged for damage to a mirror that I'm not convinced was our fault.

Likes: Great location and really nice layout for a hotel room. Very good accommodations. Kids were happy with the room too. Dislikes: We had a noise disturbance, but the staff and administration were surprised and immediately comped our room for the night. It was very clear that this was unusual for the hotel which must generally cater to families and businesspeople. I want to emphasize the kindness and expediency of the staff and management, not the strange guests (which could happen anywhere, honestly).
