10/10 Exceptional
Stayed this past weekend at Mint House in DC and loved it. Location was easy access by Lyft/Uber from train, a short ride from Union Station. Nearby places for food, drinks, and pharmacy in walking distance. The check-in process was easy and the rooms/mini apartments were beautiful. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit and if I could I'd move in permanently. The room felt like a home away from home.....a full kitchen, living/dining space, separate bedroom, and full bathroom. I did not get to explore the gym or workspace, but I definitely plan to return for a longer stay.
One thing I noticed, there is no phone in the apartment style unit. You use your personal mobile if need to call front desk. I also could not figure out how to get the ice maker to work, but it was not a big deal for an overnight trip. The heater can be a little loud to some, but it didn't disrupt my sleep, so I did not mind.
Overall...I would recommend and definitely return for a longer stay.
