The size and amenities of the room were particularly good. Unfortunately, we got one of the rooms at the back, facing the courtyard. These rooms are very dark, and you practically have to leave the lights on all day to get enough light.
The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom even had a window and was also very spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped, so you can easily cook there.
I had a problem with our flight and had to call the airline. The friendly lady at reception helped me with this – thank you again for that!
On the day of departure, we checked out and had about three hours before we had to leave for the airport. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't seem very enthusiastic when we asked her to hold our suitcases until our departure. When we returned to the hotel to collect our luggage and finally head to the airport, I wanted to use the restroom one last time. The toilets in the basement were locked, so I asked for an alternative. Unfortunately, she simply replied that there was no alternative.
That really saddened me, and I'm sure there would have been an alternative if she'd been more willing. After all, we were guests!

Wir waren 5 Tage hier und insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt - allerdings ohne Happy End.
Besonders gut war die Größe und die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Leider haben wir eines der Zimmer auf der Rückseite und zum Hinterhof bekommen. Diese Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und man muss eigentlich den ganzen Tag über das Licht anmachen, damit es hell genug ist.
Das Bett war groß und gemütlich, das Badezimmer hatte sogar ein Fenster und war ebenfalls sehr groß. Die Küche hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung, sodass man hier gut kochen kann.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit unserem Flug und musste mit der Airline telefonieren. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat mir hier weitergeholfen - vielen Dank nochmal dafür!
Am Abreisetag haben wir dann ausgecheckt und es war noch etwa 3 Stunden Zeit, bis wir uns auf dem Weg zum Flughafen machen mussten. Leider wirkte die Dame am Empfang wenig begeistert, als wir sie darum baten, die Koffer bis zur Abreise für uns zu verwahren. Als wir zurück zum Hotel kamen, um unser Gepäck abzuholen und uns endgültig auf den Weg zum Flughafen zu machen, wollte ich noch einmal die Toilette benutzen. Die Toiletten im Untergeschoss waren gesperrt und so fragte ich nach einer Alternative. Leider antwortete sie mir nur knapp, dass es keine Alternative gibt.
Das stimmt mich wirklich traurig und ich bin sicher, es hätte eine Alternative gegeben, wenn sie etwas mehr Lust gehabt hätte. Immerhin waren wir Gäste!
