Good place to stay if going to the United Theatre
Likes: No internal noise heard, cement walls and ceiling.
Literally steps from the United Theatre, our destination
Boxed water in the room for the coffee/tea service
Held our bags when we got there early, nice staff
Dislikes: Stained, fiber board walls are unappealing, Elevator is small The coffee in the room was not properly stocked (only Decaf and Tea provided).
Complicated system to be autonomous check-in, not hard but unique. We were told the room would be ready at 4 and given the code, but it wasn't ready, then told 5, then told 4 again (and it wasn't again) ended up getting in around 5
