Staff at the front desk was nice but the room that we stayed was horrible. İt was nothing like they advertised! The furnutires were so old, there were stains everywhere, there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom, and the wall was corkboard. Extremely dissapointed. We ended up leaving next day and stayed at another hotel because we were so disappointed But they they didn’t refund our money , we had prepaid for the room 3 days. Also, if this is your first time in LA, just be aware, this hotel is in not in the safest neighborhood.
