While the procedures for registration, check-in & checkout are not yet seamless nor intuitive not to worry, the stay was great. The daytime onsite staff are there to bridge the gap getting you checked in & settled with competence & kindness. The DTLA location, as well as the beautiful historic building, with it’s interesting rooms, rooftop pool & soon-to- be restaurant seal the deal. I recommend the Kasa Stiles Hotel without reservation. Great stay that exceeded my expectations. Looking forward already to my next stay.
