Kasa is an excellent host. Instructions were easy to follow. And if you’re a traveler, looking for a clean, affordable place to stay while in Austin, his accommodations are perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable. After an extremely long drive, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Also, the blackout curtains make it ideal for hitting the snooze button. The area is hip. Stellar restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. One thing to keep in mind — the parking is separate. This is not a criticism, just fact. The garage across the street doesn’t allow for overnights. I was fortunate to secure a place under the complex. The total cost is $36 or $38 ($40 for easy math). And they have a once in, once out policy — so really gage whether pay by the hour or daily. Kasa makes it simple — there’s a website that allows you to book everything in advance. My trip was fly by the seat of pants. If you are more thorough — you’ll probably lower the ancillary costs. I highly recommend booking!

Great stay! Incredible pricing for the area. Area (East Austin): not too artsy, not too far out. It’s central to the classic Austin bars. The white horse, shangri la, etc. Building: easy! The only downside is the parking you’d have to pay for, which is mentioned. Other than that, a wonderful building with fresh coffee from 8am-11am. Great staff as well! Unit: spacious, clean, trendy, up to date Overall, wonderful stay. No notes. Highly recommend

The hotel is a great property and in a great location. The noises from the downtown bar noise is just something you have to get used to. Also the parking (which is not Kasa parking) was a little difficult, but luckily there was parking across the street.

Location was great! Lots of bars and restaurants walkable and everything else we wanted to do was 15-20 min uber drive away. The only negative thing was that every time we entered the unit it smelled terrible like sewage- we got used to it within 2 minutes of being in there but every time we entered it smacked us in the face again. Other than that, we loved our stay

Room was clean, and modern! Very comfortable! Amenities were amazing, game room, laundry, fitness, yoga space etc! And large kitchen if needed! Spent sometime on the 6th floor rooftop and enjoyed the Austin winter sun!

Property is located just off the 6th street area in a very cool redevelopment district. Contemporary, warm and perfect for our stay. Great walkable neighborhood restaurants, and neighborhood grocery. I’d recommend staying there. Enjoyed it.

Not super impressed overall. Room was okay, nothing special. The bed was very low to the ground, which was difficult. Struggled with the room doors, they are unlocked with a code rather than a key card. Sometimes the codes didn't work or the lock would stick. One morning there was no hot water. Also, I needed more towels but had to wait a few hours because there didn't seem to be anyone working in the lobby until afternoon/evening time. Needless to say, it was good enough but we won't be back.

The front desk staff (Mel) is super helpful! I had a typo on my guest name and couldn’t check in online. My booking agency said I needed to rebook cause they can’t make any changes…but the front desk helped me correct it and I checked in successfully! I also booked one more night after my original reservation. It generated another booking ID and I asked the front desk if it is possible to stay at the same room. She helped me request in their internal system and tried to set it up. It didn’t work out eventually but the receptionist is super helpful and nice! Amazing service!

This was perfect for a trip! It had all the basics needed and was in a great location. Noise wasn’t a problem and check in was easy. The parking area was tight for us being in a truck but it wasn’t impossible. No complaints!

Nos alojamos mi marido y yo en Enero, y me encantó el alojamiento, estaba todo muy nuevo y moderno, sobretodo muy limpio ya que para mi es algo que valoro muchísimo, suelo ser un poco especial para limpieza no tube problemas , la ubicación perfecta, y para visitar muchos lugares andando , y el personal del hotel muy agradable todos. Lo recomiendo y yo seguro volveré a ir.

Clean, comfortable, and stylish room, friendly staff, awesome neighborhood! The nightlife outside can be loud, but the provided noise machine took care of that (earplugs are also available on request but we didn't need them). Lots of nice amenities too!

Check-in and check-out Virtually are so easy. Host is very welcoming. Place is neat and cozy, have everything you need, function rooms are so cool. It is very close to all the attractions in downtown and everything you want to do sit seeing or diing out at Austin. Austin is our first time visit, impressive captital of Texas state. We had great time to stay here. HIghly recommand everyone to stay this brand new place.

Overall the place was very nice and comfy, rooms were clean and large. There was also lots to do in the area. On that note though, it was quite noisy on the weekend night, and it sounded like there were people screaming directly outside our room and partying until 2am. Definitely didn't get the best sleep. As well, check in could have been improved. I understand the benefits of having virtual check in, but we couldn't leave our luggage anywhere locked up when our flights landed and we arrived a couple hours early. Overall, nice place, just wish it was quieter and better in person customer service.

My space was super clean and the lobby area was nice. Loved the location, there was a lot to do within walking distance. The building felt safe, as well. And shout out to the woman at the front desk, she was awesome!
