This place was perfect for my weekend stay. Check in and out were effortless and the communication was amazing. The room was perfect, it's in a great location, very walkable, and close to everything in the city. Would stay here anytime I'm in Austin.

I enjoyed much at East Austin spots near Sutudio Hous by Kasa. Very walkable to Downtown 6th st. Also very clean and communication wad so great!!!

I stayed here for two nights and honestly would never come back. The noise from 6th Street made it almost impossible to sleep, and the walls did nothing to block it out. The room was extremely small, and for over $150 a night plus a $70 parking fee, I expected a lot more but got an extremely subpar experience.

Awesome location in east 6th! Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Lobby had water and coffee every morning. Very easy to get in and out, friendly staff around throughout the day.

Great and quiet stay.

Great listing! Super clean, no issues with anything in the rooms. Linens were great! In the middle of nightlife, super easy to access food and drinks. Host was super accommodating. I would definitely book again!

Dislikes: One of the worst experiences I have had

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Studio Haus! We came into town for a concert and just needed a place close to the venue to stay the night! Studio Haus was perfect location, price and cleanliness wise. The only improvement we’d suggest is a more comfortable bed and pillows. It was fine for a one night stay but I could see it becoming an issue for a multiple night stay. Some added cushion to the mattress and firmness to the pillows would be perfect. I had read other reviews about noise and while there is noise (since the location is right next to bars/dinning) it was not a problem for us. Just be mindful about the location when booking. Spot hero was very helpful and reasonable for parking right across the street from the building so I recommend using them for parking! Overall Studio Haus was the perfect place to stay for our night on the town in Austin!

This place was great! It’s a little loud at night because you’re surrounded by bars, so I would recommend bringing some ear plugs. I was able to sleep just fine with them, and it was nice to be close to a bunch of the liveliness that makes Austin fun. Friendly staff, super beautiful modern space. Parking under the building is $35 per day through a third party, with no ins and outs, or $15 for two hours. My room had a great view of the skyline and I found a cute area with outdoor couch I could watch the sunset and listen to the grackles.

The place was as described however the rude and unhelpful receptionist started the stay on a negative note.

I loved how convenient it was. Right in the heart of downtown, and right off the highway, but it was so quiet in the room. It was comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The only thing I wish they had was a toaster.

What an amazing stay I had at Studio Haus by Kasa. I recently relocated from Mexico to Austin and needed a bridge place while setting up my apartment and getting to know the city. I stayed for almost a month (September 8th–29th) and am so glad I found this spot—it truly felt like a second home. From day one, the team didn’t just help me out—they made me feel welcome, like I was part of the family. Ernesto (manager) and Calvin (operations manager) weren’t only helpful but also genuinely personable, always taking the time to check in, share a laugh, and make sure I was settled. The front desk staff—Mel, Mia, Amber, Jasmine—and Susan’s cleaning team all went above and beyond to create an atmosphere that was warm, supportive, and fun. What makes Studio Haus stand out is the people—you simply don’t get this kind of community at an Airbnb. Every interaction felt genuine, and the staff truly cared about making my transition to Austin easier. The location in East Austin was perfect for exploring, and in short order, I was able to establish some roots and even make a few friends along the way. I highly recommend Studio Haus by Kasa to anyone needing a welcoming, convenient, and community-minded place to land in Austin. And apologies if I left anyone off by name—the whole team deserves credit for making this such a memorable stay.

Easy access to room. Room was clean and organized. Only negative thing was having to pay for parking in their garage. Room is just what you need if you’re not planning on being in the room that much!

Easy check-in and great location. Small rooms are good if you don't plan on staying in the hotel much and since it's nearby plenty of things to do you probably won't need to spend much time in the room other than sleep.

The space and location were top tier with beautiful views and sooo many options for great culinary experiences all within walking distance. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location since it’s easy to get anywhere from the Airbnb. The room was clean and bright, with good air conditioning. The shower stream was too weak, which was fine for our stay. WiFi was inconsistent at times, and there were no utilities for cooking, despite having a great cooktop in the apartment. The main issue that bothered us was the bar almost connected to the building, which played loud music until 3 am. on Friday.

Great space, looked like the photos, front desk and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed all the different amenities on each level. It was what we needed for a quick one night stay! Quite likely to book again!

Really cool location and nice accommodation

We booked this Airbnb in downtown Austin and while the location was excellent, the stay itself came with a few challenges. When we arrived, the first room we were given wasn’t properly cleaned, even though it was listed as ready. After some coordination, we were moved to another room, but it also wasn’t fully prepared, so we had to wait a little longer before settling in. The noise level was another challenge, as we could hear both the street and neighboring units, which made it hard to fully relax. The listing also mentioned a king bed, but our room only had a queen. Parking was limited as well, with very few spaces available for the number of units, which meant we often had to park farther away. That being said, the location truly was the highlight. Being right in the heart of downtown Austin gave us easy access to great restaurants, entertainment, and the vibrant atmosphere of the city, which we really enjoyed.

This place was super cute and near a lot of the places we wanted to visit. Easy to check in! Only thing that really sucked was the parking. Pretty expensive for the night! And every time you had to leave the parking lot, they would charge. This was a 3rd party. Overall the actual place was great!

Second time staying on East 6th Street but first time staying at Kasa! Great place in a great location. The check-in process was easy and the host checked up on us daily through messages. The only difficult thing is the parking. You’ll most likely need to park on the street and pay their fees. We moved the car about 3 times to adhere to street policies, but other than that, I’d recommend Kasa!

Great service at the front desk and great rooms!

the beds are squishy foam like material and not comfortable at all. the beds have frames that stick out and hard on shins. unfunctional design. it felt like a very poor corporate team put this room together. the room had a lot of humidity and even toilet paper was damp. so we did like the bath tub. she did slip on the bathroom floor

Absolutely amazing!!! The best part, Michelle and Calvin. What a team.!! They were so sweet and so helpful. I just came in from Europe and they made me feel so very welcome right off the bat. Then went the extra mile with a bunch of things I needed help with. Thank you both so much. I cannot thank you both enough. They understand the definition of the word, hospitality. When so many do not!!!

Just what I needed for one night stay after a long trip. Easy to access and super clean. The most comfortable bed.

This was my second stay Studio Haus with Kasa. The view from the 6th floor roof deck at sunset was priceless. My unit was very clean and the customer service at the hotel was awesome. The hotel has tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the area felt very safe as a tourist. If you like to be in the heart of the action this is the property for you.

This Airbnb is actually a hotel. Check in was smooth. Parking is not great and kinda hard to navigate - you do have to pay for it daily and it is a first come first serve - parking spots are tight. If you like nightlife then this spot is for you - it’s right beside a bar and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Response time was great and kasa was extremely accommodating to a problem I had during my stay. Communication is top tier.

The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired, but the room itself was as described and worth what we paid. The TV was not fully functioning and we had to download the apps to get something to work.
