Great place in a great location that was walkable to everything. The staff was amazing and the room was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

I didn’t have any trouble with the check-in process, they were very clear in the description. Though I did have to message one time and ask for a link to the pre-check-in checklist. After that, it was perfectly smooth, and the room was great, it had everything I needed to be comfortable. The laundry service came in super clutch and the location to everything to do downtown in. Austin was perfect.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Kasa. The hosts were very helpful and demonstrated incredible hospitality. The place was warm, friendly and inviting. It was truly an unforgettable trip! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I had a great experience staying with Kasa in Austin. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning, and I especially want to thank Jonathan for going out of his way to make sure I had the best possible stay. I also really appreciated Mia’s help. Honestly, everyone I interacted with at Kasa was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. One of the things I appreciated most was how responsive the team was. There was always someone available to answer questions, even late at night, which gives you a lot of peace of mind when you’re staying somewhere away from home. The location is also excellent. If you’re visiting Austin alone or it’s your first time in the city, this is a great place to stay because you’re right in the middle of the action and close to so much. Thank you, Kasa team for making my stay such a positive experience. I hope to stay with you again!

I enjoyed the state. The hotel was nice. The only problem I had when I called him for any reason the voice is not clear. It’s like there’s an echo. They need to work on that.

It offered a much more cost-effective alternative to staying downtown while giving me the opportunity to experience a vibrant East Austin neighborhood that I otherwise might have missed. Would I stay at Studio Haus by Kasa again? Absolutely. In fact, I've already recommended it to friends and colleagues who travel to Austin. If you're looking for a clean, modern, reasonably priced place to stay with excellent service and a great East Austin location, Studio Haus by Kasa is well worth considering.

Small but very comfortable studio apartment in a lively part of town

Overall this place was nice, great location, really comfy bed, nice open windows for great natural light & the host was very responsive. It was really noisy in the hallways though & the cleaning could’ve been better. They do provide ear plugs though. There were stains on the walls & doors that easily came off when I wiped them with a wipe.

Pretty good place to stay on 6th st. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. 1 mile away from downtown. Amenities were great! Parking is expensive if you have cars like we did but other than that, it was a good place to stay for our short visit.

This space is in a really nice area, nice to walk around in and explore. It’s also clean, however the unit didn’t have a kitchenette as advertised (no fridge, no stove, no nothing) or an in unit laundry. There is a communal kitchen on the first floor and good communal amenities but the room itself is really tiny and only has a bed and bath. If this is what you come in expecting it should be good, however we were disappointed in the space.

Excellent service and stay would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

Had a bad experience due to loud neighbors but after speaking with the owner we got upgraded to a king size bedroom :) it was amazing and im glad we were able to have a better experience towards the end of our stay 🙂

First- The virtual front desk was very responsive even before my arrival which I really appreciated. They were also very friendly upon arrival. They offered us water and some suggestions of what to do in the area. The room was very clean :) they had a microwave- bathroom and even a dishwasher. No fridge but there were several common areas with refrigerators, cooking areas and good areas to work. A very positive stay :)

The bed linens had clearly not been changed. There was dirt, what looked like glitter, and actual human hair on the bed and on the blanket. It was not clean at all. The bath mat—the towel-like mat placed on the floor by the bathroom—was also extremely dirty. When we unfolded it, it was obvious that it had not been washed; it had simply been rolled up and put back. That being said, despite these inconveniences, I do want to specifically acknowledge the staff. They were very responsive and helpful when I brought the issues to their attention. One of the staff members immediately went to find clean bed sheets for me, and I went with her to get them. They also moved us to a different room. While the situation was definitely inconvenient and the cleanliness upon arrival was unacceptable, I really appreciated how responsive and willing to help the staff was once the problems were reported.

Perfect Likes: I really enjoy my time in Austin, this is a perfect apartment if you want to go out at 6th and night clubs. It's very near to the good bars. The apartment is very complete and comfortable Dislikes: I parked two blocks from the apartment, and my car windows were broken

Place was great, do not expect any kind of available parking to be available and you will have to figure out something for parking. If you are lucky enough to park in the garage below with the 10 or so spaces available it is about $40 a day

Kasa is a neat hotel with no easy to check in independently and no frills. It is at a good location and the rooms are professionally cleaned and maintained so it was a good stay.

The location was another major plus. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. One evening I had dinner at the pizza restaurant next door, which turned out to be owned by fellow Detroit natives—my hometown! The pizza was outstanding, and discovering that hometown connection made the experience even more memorable. I also appreciated being just steps away from Huston-Tillotson University, the oldest college in the Austin area, founded in 1875 and one of the nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities. As someone who enjoys exploring local history and culture when I travel, it was a wonderful bonus to have the campus directly behind the hotel. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the property operates with a modern, technology-driven approach, the off-site team maintained excellent communication through text messages and responded promptly whenever I had a question. That level of attentiveness made me feel well cared for throughout my visit. Would I stay at Studio Haus by Kasa again? Absolutely. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to friends and colleagues who travel to Austin. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, reasonably priced place to stay with excellent service and a great East Austin location, Studio Haus by Kasa is well worth considering.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We really appreciated the attention to detail and felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
