I had a great experience staying with Kasa at The Clyde Hotel in downtown Portland, OR.
A security guard greeted me after my late arrival, so I immediately felt safe. The room was professionally cleaned, a centralized location, and had a curated local atmosphere that ran throughout the entire place. All the suites have slightly different layouts and are a bit quirky, which further amplifies the Portland spirit. My room had some "vintage vibes," including what I assume to be some thrifted finds. The amenities rival that of a professional hotel chain. It was nice to return to a cup of the chamomile tea - provided in the room - after a long day.
I also appreciated the common areas on Level 1 and mezzanine locations since I set up shop to work remotely during my stay - very cozy and good wifi speeds. The room also comes with a few "coffee tokens" for a drink in the adjoining coffee shop on L1 - something I definitely utilized! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
