Very walkable location—enjoyed our stay at Kasa. We were a party of 4 and booked the largest room with a private bathroom. We loved that we could also use the shower room — no waiting! Everything was good, but the service could improve. On day two, we requested four wine glasses and were told that a request would be placed. We said we'd return by 8:30 PM, but we weren't told that the front desk closes at 8:00 PM. No one was there when we arrived, which was disappointing—we could’ve stopped at a store if we’d known.
Additionally, we received three coffee tokens for four guests. When we inquired about another, we were informed that the room comes with 3, but later, from the official Kasa website, we discovered that each guest should receive one. Overall, it was a great stay, but more transparent communication from the staff would have been helpful.
