Kasa was a great value for the $$. While the road can cause some noise, this wasn't unexpected (and didn't bother me). If that bothers you, then get a room in the back. Water machine had cold water, coffee machine worked well, and the space was clean.

No staff onsite. Digital check in and code entry. It was more of a guest house than hotel. You could text questions to an AI “desk” but they were not onsite so were unable to answer some questions. Nice decorations. Classy vibes. It was a historic building restored. The street noise was loud. Had a Kurig coffee station. Powder creamer. Great downtown location. I prefer a hotel with actual staff. We had a nice stay but I wouldn’t likely stay there again.

Everything was great, friendly staff there greeted me every day. Clean and tidy, they had most things you needed in the room/bathroom. Would stay again but Little Italy will be the next place to stay.

The early check-in service is non-functional. Calling the provided number is the only way to get what you want at this place. The lack of any in-person help on location is laughable. The fact that you have to wait outside the room 7ntil the exact check-in time for no reason is inexcusable.

We came to San Diego for a comedy show. Our Airbnb was within walking distance of the venue, easy to find, check in was simple! It was just what we needed to spend the night. It was clean, cozy and the sound machine was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely recommend

We had an excellent stay! The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was just as expected, and the entire experience was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

As long as you are ok with possibly not seeing any staff, using a code to access the building and your room, this was a great stay for me. The rooms are not large, and the amenities are minimal, however it was very clean, AC was good. It's strictly a hotel to sleep, shower, and hold your stuff. The area is so/so, unfortunately that is DTSD problem that effects all. Would stay there again.

- non working a/c just blows warm air so it was really musty inside and we couldn’t sleep. There was a loud noise off and on for at least 20min like a plane was landing on the roof. Not sure but it wasn’t the best experience that’s for sure.

We had a great stay! Room was the perfect size for 2 of us on a 3 day trip. Room was clean and cool upon arrival and check in and out was smooth! We were able to park overnight at a parking lot up the street that was decently priced. Overall, a great stay and we will be back even we're back in town!

The place was super close to everything! Literally you can walk just about everywhere in downtown. Cute, cozy spot. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby as well! I went for the pierce the veil concert and they were super accommodating on requests. The only bad thing was probably rhe parking. Which wasnt their fault at all. But fortunately for us, we got super lucky and found parking right outside the room. Overall very great experience!

Staying here was great! They typically send you access codes to get inside and to your room via text, so I wasn’t expecting in person help which is totally fine to me. However, while I was waiting in the lobby for check in, Eugene came in and was kind enough to sort out early check in. He took the time to make sure I figured out the door codes and was generally super helpful. The room was clean and AC great during a San Diego heat wave. Short drive to the airport for my one night stay. I would happily stay again

Cute rooms, but smaller than pictured and had a stale smell. I chose the “deluxe” room and it barely fit another person let alone a person that is above 5’10 (bed/bathroom/shower). After seeing the room, we noticed there was a stale smell in the room. Almost like clothes left over night in the washer. Opening the window and the rooms AC wall unit helped. Outside of the room, the hotel is straight forward. They offered luggage storage which was helpful. I can’t stay here again due to the room size and potential smell.

There’s a reason the rooms are so cheap. Thin walls, tiny rooms, loud plumbing. I will gladly pay a premium to not experience this again. we were here there were non stop screaming children and running for hours on end on the roof and the first floor. the customer service line did nothing to help since it’s an ai chat bot. for some reason they allow parties upstairs and to host parties? Outside is also terrible. the street reeks of pee and poop and homeless people shooting up. Pay more to go elsewhere or you’ll be like me writing an upset review.

It was fine. Really no amenities to speak of. The rooms very clean but very small. Sliding closet doors on the bathrooms that didn’t offer privacy. Beds were comfortable. Very close to Petco Park which is what we needed so that was great. Overall it was fine. No problems at all. Nothing special either.
