The spaciousness and all of the extra amenities in each room make this property an amazing deal especially for the price. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in each unit makes this an ideal place for extended stays. Kasa by Eighteen is centralized and a short drive to most everything in Nashville. The neighborhood feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and uniquely themed bars all within walking distance to the property. Parking on the property is limited. My husband would like to recommend adding pot holders to each unit. We had to use a bath towel to pull hot pans out of the oven. While it was only a mild inconvenience, it is an inexpensive and easy to fix problem. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
