Incredible location and accommodations!

I had already for the second time an accommodation of Kasa and I am again absolutely thrilled. This time I was staying in Nashville - the location was excellent, by bus I was in the city center (Broadway) in about 20 minutes. The apartment was very clean, modern and equipped with an excellently equipped kitchen. This was exactly what convinced me last year during my stay in St. Louis. I would especially like to highlight the service of Kasa. Via the clear app resp. Website you will receive all important information, the access code and helpful information for the stay. Even if no staff is visible on site, the service works excellently. If you have any questions, someone can be reached quickly at any time. Already last year, Kasa proved how customer-oriented the company works: When my originally booked apartment was not available at short notice, I was immediately informed by SMS. I was offered a refund or a replacement apartment directly. I chose the replacement apartment, and Casa took care of everything. That saved me a lot of stress. The new apartment was also beautiful and spotlessly clean. Also this time everything was perfect. I can recommend Kasa without reservation due to the cleanliness, the great equipment and the exceptionally good customer service and would book there again at any time.

Great space

Awesome Hospitality was undeniably wonderful. Quick responses to all questions and requests. The whole entire room and full kitchen was unbeatable for the price. Will stay again if I'm in the area

Was an ice box when we walked in. Had to turn the heat on to get the temp up. No tvs in bedrooms, no ceiling fans, not really for kids, perfect for a couple

I really appreciated how quickly the Kasa team was! We were booking a last minute, 1 night stay, and had a lot of details to coordinate, and the Kasa team made the booking so easy! It was one last thing we had to worry about. I also was really excited that they were dog friendly!

Perfect place!! I couldn't have been more pleased. We were very comfortable and secure during our stay. The apartment is extremely nice and well outfitted for an at-home feeling during a getaway. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The unit was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee pods. As two women traveling alone, we felt safe and walked to happy hour and restaurants. It is in a great location, around the block from the Basement East and 3 other bars. We had no trouble parking, and the noise level some complained about wasn’t really noticeable during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment but A/C was broken, making it a sauna Likes: Modern apartment, clean with everything you needed Dislikes: A/c was not working for the first 24 hours making our stay very uncomfortable. Poor communication between various members of staff/maintenance workers while we tried to resolve this issue. No compensation was offered

Great location. Walkable to Five Points. Excellent coffee at Harraz Coffee which is steps away. A bit noisy on Friday night but expected it to be since it's close to some bars and Basement East. If you drink enough you won't even notice! Lol

The apartment was clean, nice, and in a great location. However, the communication was extremely disappointing. We accidentally left something important in the apartment, so we tried calling, but the phone number is not even registered — no answer. Then we tried messaging the host, but every response was AI-generated. One response said they would try to find the item and ship it within 5-7 days for $60. We are still in Nashville, staying elsewhere now, and we need these items for our next destination. What if we had left something more critical, like insulin? Someone could die because of this host’s negligence.

Such a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony [or in the living room] in the mornings. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Nice place great area. Great communication.

The location, unit, communication was all great. My issue was the place was extremely dirty. Stains on the toilet, hair on the toilet, shower, and floor. Couch had stains and crumbs all over it and it didnt even look like they fluffed the pillows as every cushion looked like someone just left sitting on it. When I complained about this the place, they gave me $100 refund out of the $2000 I paid. Which, I dont believe is fair.

The unit was very spacious and pristinely neat. It was nice that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the kitchen and living area for privacy at night. The only thing that wasn't perfect was some noise from the bar next door late at night. HOWEVER, the owners were very courteous and left earplugs for us in each bedroom.

Check in was easy, codes got emailed to us. Parking is limited in their 4 space garage but we lucked out snagging a spot. Plenty of street parking around. The unit we were in didn’t have great a sound barrier. We could hear the music from the bar next door deep into the night and while the unit above us getting mopped/vacuumed. Esthetically, unit was great! Not as clean as I would have loved. It was certainly tidied and cleaned up, but there were still crumbs on floor by trash can when we arrived, some hair and dust in bathroom and the baseboards weren’t super clean which just makes you wonder. Full kitchen was super convenient. We felt safe getting in/out of building!

Great Airbnb!

Only thing that stopped me from giving it a five star review was parking. Only 4 available spots in the building for Kasa guests and the other spots that were assigned down the street would usually be taken up by people who were visiting the bars around the Kasa. Another thing was that the bedrooms were extremely hot and there were no ceiling fans or small fans provided so we ended having to buy some at the local Walmart. But other than that it was a good place, affordable and great surroundings.

Truly loved staying at this amazing spot in East Nashville that was close to everything and the perfect spot to stay. We liked it so much we even extended our stay!

This was closer to broadway just a quick 10 minute drive. It fit the amount of people we had and easy check in. The area outside is very loud and right on the street, so you can literally hear everything going on outside even the cross walk beep. If you like your peace and quiet while staying, I would recommend looking elsewhere.The bed pillowcases weren’t completely clean as they had stains on them, so I had to personally wash them myself. Additionally there was just a pile of dirty towels laying in the laundry room floor, which I thought was gross. When I wash the pillowcases, a random sock came out of the dryer as well. I think they could’ve taken a little more time to clean better, but overall the place was nice and was fine for how long we stayed there. Everything is virtual so you don’t actually see anyone to check in, which was okay for us as they were very responsive and also allowed us to check in a couple hours early.

TLDR: A great space if you're only staying 1-2 nights, & don't have a car, otherwise there are much more comfortable options nearby at a similar price point PROS - location - unit was spacious CONS - AC wasn't working in bedrooms - particularly disappointed as other people had left similar reviews & it wasn't fixed before we arrived. Their resolution was a good temporary fix, they brought us fans to use (after a lot of back and forth). - no curtains in the main room, so when we kept our bedroom doors open to circulate air, the rooms would get too bright - anyone sleeping on the sofa would be woken up by 6am with the room so bright - shower screen only goes as far as the shower head, so every shower resulted in the bathroom floor getting soaked - the flimsy towel provided for the floor didn't do much - only 4 parking spaces for the building; they say there's alternatives but all were full - windows/walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING outside (not just typical busy area noises)

Mid level accommodations in a what seems an older property, really low bed, some of the doors and walls showed wear, tiles and grout dirty, etc. Parking is rough, very tight and only a few spots available. The street is where quite a few bars are located so very noisy nightlife, bottles, chicken bones and trash abound. Not terrible but definitely not a comfortable accommodation.

Great location

The Kasa was very nice and the hosts responded quickly to our questions. However, the entire building had a weird smell and one of our bedrooms smelled really bad. One of the covers was dirty in the main bedroom. We only stayed for one night, so we removed the dirty cover.

Apartment was not very clean, the people walking above was so loud, outside noise from bars at night, parking was limited, the air conditioning did not cool the bedrooms but the living space was freezing, check was complicated and dog fee was high and then was told to not leave the dog alone in the apartment the. What’s the point in being able to bring him, should really consider not saying that to guests. We came for the cmafest and the only good thing was the location it was easy to get downtown and to Nissan stadium.

Fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. Having the extra half bath was great. The bar next door was noisy but the sound machines in each bedroom helped, although we had to use our own C-cord to plug in the machine, so bring one with you.

Due to a maintenance issue we ended up being relocated to a different property located 10 minutes away from the original apartment. For our needs this wasn't an issue, and the location of the new apartment was quite, clean and comfortable. Just be aware that they communicate via (mostly) automated texts and not through the AirBnB app as we would have expected. Overall a fine stay for a fair price.

Nice place, good communication. I do think they can work on fixing some of the areas inside the place. No fans in the bedroom so it was a bit hot at night. One of the metal shower caddy’s in the bathroom wasn’t properly attached to the wall and almost cut my foot when it fell. They didn’t mention anywhere in the booking that the bars next door would cause unexpected noise. Other than that it’s in a good location close to broad way and is a nice place overall.

Great We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It was very comfortable, easy to access, and in a great location, making it convenient to explore the area. What stood out the most was the excellent online support throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the response was incredibly fast, friendly, and helpful. We truly appreciated the attentive service and would gladly stay here again.

There were a handful of maintenance issues. They were very responsive and sent someone out right away. But they were unable to fix the air conditioning problem … no ac in the bedrooms. But if you’re going to stay with them I’m sure they’ll have it sorted because they weren’t able to get an hvac person out before we left. Very responsive and I can tell they care about your experience

The property is adequately appointed and the beds are comfortable, but several issues made for a less-than-ideal experience that deserve consideration. The most significant concern is the HVAC system. Airflow to the bedrooms is insufficient, requiring guests to sleep with doors open to maintain a comfortable temperature. When support was contacted, the technician acknowledged this was a known, property-wide condition — meaning it is unlikely to be resolved. Noise is another meaningful consideration. The surrounding area has an active bar scene, and the single-pane windows provide little sound dampening. Those windows also lack blackout curtains, so expect early morning light and additional heat. More broadly, this feels like a property managed for volume rather than guest experience. Good luck and safe travels.

Great condo, great location!

The location is great. Very close to good eating spots and grocery store. Lots to do around the area if you want to take a break from downtown. Only two complains I have 1. There was a hiccup with the cleanliness of the place before we arrived and like stated on their page they supposedly are very thorough with checking to make sure it’s clean and ready for the guest. Which was not. 2. It states quiet hours 10pm to 7am we respect that but didn’t seem that upstair neighbors did, as you can hear lots of running and loud steps all over in the unit all day and late night even got woke up several times around 3am 4am loud running and loud bangs. This was every day and night while we were there. Besides that it is a great location and a great lay out to stay in for a long weekend. KASA was very responsive and helped with options with the cleanliness issue which was great as it showed they cared.
