Great location. The property needs management. Likes: Location was great. I liked the general layout, modern design & idea behind the hotel, but it badly needs oversight. One, single outstanding customer rep on the phone line for help. The bed was comfortable, the pillows terrible. Having a balcony was nice, but not a chair or table present, although there was plenty of room. It would have been HUGE if the door to the balcony actually locked. Dislikes: I wanted so badly to love this place. Customer service by phone was poor & a huge amount paperwork/photo submission prior to check-in. I’m vision impaired & needed help with the inordinate amount of paperwork to be done before check-in. With the exception of the first customer rep, I received very poor service & was basically told to ask somebody in the airport to help me complete the paperwork. I arrived close to midnight, and Check in was a nightmare. The Code from garage to building did not work so I could not enter the building After about 7-8 minutes, other guests arrived & had the same problem. I called Cust Serv, had to leave a message, wait for a rep to call back, then I had to take pics of entry door & the door lock that was not working and send the pics to customer service. See 1 Pic below. I ended up paying the Uber driver extra money to wait for me in case I didn’t get in the building. It felt unsafe because after finally getting in the building from the garage, that door then refused to lock, the Door to the apartment did not close all the way unless you made sure to pull it towards you, hard. The door to the balcony was unlocked & had a deadbolt lock that required a key & but no key was present so the door could not the locked. The balcony faced a remote, uninhabited dark side of the building & was accessible to anybody who was willing to easily climb up a story or two onto a balcony & just walk in thru the unlocked door. I put suitcases & chairs in front of the door for safety. No safes in the room, so I had to carry all cash w/my & didn’t feel my computer or other belongings were secure w/the balcony door issue combined w/the main door issues. Several towels were randomly lying on the floor at check-in. The kitchen counter had residue & stains that came off w/a paper towel & soap. See Pic included.

This is such a cute place to stay! It is in the East Nashville area and only a few minutes from downtown. This is a very clean and super cute apartment.

Highly recommend! This is a super cute, modern apartment, only a few minutes from downtown. We didn’t have any issues with arriving or parking. It’s very easy to find (helpful for us and the Uber drivers). This apartment is very clean and felt like our own home for the weekend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and the location could not be beat. We will recommend to all our friends.

I enjoyed my stay here , it was beautiful they beds are EXTREMELY comfortable- my grandma was nice and comfy as well with the beautiful showers and furniture! Fully stocked kitchen appliances was a bonus! Communication was prompt but sometimes a little confusing, tip for better wording maybe! 10/10 I’d use again! Thanks Locale!

This was a great place and very new. I had kids with me and no idea my room was across from a bar with outdoor music every night. I wish they'd told me. We had issues with the codes working to get in but they fixed it quickly. Overall the aparthotel was modern, new and a little easy to get to and from the stadium (we were there for a concert) AND when our airline left us and 45 other Swifties behind they let us stay another night.

Nice and new ... wish there was a supermarket closer, but the area will grow I suppose. Nice part of town with good resturants ! Will be back

Great place!

Likes: The location is great for East Nashville, if you're seeing a show at The Basement East, you can't beat it. Dislikes: It's a little loud. You can hear people talking loud and shouting in the street at night, but overall it was an excellent stay.

This was an exquisite stay, the rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. There’s also a couch that’s very comfy, overall great stay would recommend.

Service was exceptional. We asked for early check-in and they were able to accommodate. Clear and fast communication throughout the process. The place was perfectly cleaned and looks exactly like the photos. The neighborhood is fantastic. Full of little bars, restaurants, an arcade, a meadery, lots of different food and beverage options. Very walkable. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re going to be in the area, stay here!

Terrific location for a weekend in Nashville. The layout of the unit was perfect for 2 couples. We reserved parking space, never used our car- walked to area shops and restaurants or took the #56 bus straight to downtown. Highly recommend for a stay in East Nashville!

Clean place and close to downtown area

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Nashville entre amis (habitants dans des pays différents). Le logement est idéalement situé et dans un très bon quartier. Restaurants, bars, quartier animé! Le parking de la résidence est assez petit et nous n’avons pas pu nous garer. Toutefois, des emplacements gratuits sont disponibles tout autour de la résidence. Cet appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes. Le canapé convertible est inconfortable, petit et sans rideau aux fenêtres. La différence avec les chambres, est flagrante. Super séjour! Nashville est à voir de jour comme de nuit.

Good place to stay for a trip to Nashville. Place was clean.

Locale was a great stay in a very walkable part of town. Nice spots to eat and such in the surrounding are just minutes away! The place was really nice as well and had a good amount of room inside. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the responsiveness of the staff on the phone and through messages when needed.

Great location with lots to do within walking distance.

The home was gorgeous and bigger than I thought. Just like the pics but even better! There were actually 2 balconies- which I loved. The area is great as well. We walked to Up Down- played some arcade games and had drinks and pizza on the rooftop. Overall it was a great place, great value, and super cozy. I did not want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Locale. It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, and roomy for the price. It’s in our favorite neighborhood in Nashville with quick walks to all our favorite restaurants, and bars. It’s right next door to Basement East which is a great venue to see live music. Our host was quick to respond during our checkin and to answer any questions. We would definitely stay there again and I think this listing will stay busy.

The place was in a great location in East Nashville and away from the craziness of the city. It was easy to get into the city with scooters if you wanted to go! Very nice amenities as well.

Getting In the place was slightly difficult due to having a code issue, but Locale was fast at fixing the problem and was great the whole step of the way! Minimal parking so plan accordingly!! Would definitely stay again.

Nice place expect the sofa bed was too hard to sleep on.

Great spot to stay in east nashville. In the back parking lot of the basement east basically, great food truck next door and a ton options for food and fun and shows just a couple minutes walk away. Downtown is easy to get to As well with the Nashville b-cycle rental service. There’s a docking station for those bikes about 4 min walking away. Would stay again. P.s. rooftop is a great sunset and rise view.

Caution: this property is unfinished, there's no manager onsite.There is construction still happening in the building. I had multiple problems checking in & using amenities (washer/dryer had no power, access code didn't work to the building door, soaps were already nearly empty when I arrived despite being the first guest to ever use the room?) Ceiling/walls are not soundproof at all. We could hear people in other rooms all night. There were no blinds of any kind on the main windows of the main room, so there was no privacy at all from the street and bars across the street. Any attempts to communicate using airbnb were ignored for completely or until the following day. I had to dig through welcome texts and emails to find a customer service number, which put me on hold and eventually received help after a wait (this is while being locked out upon check-in). The people on the phone were very nice, but there was still a massive delay in response each time I had an issue.

Great location and very new/modern/clean. Very easy process.
